My kids have been coming to this office since they cut their 1st tooth. I have tried to call this office numerous time but alway connected to NL answering service instead. Due to covid I lost my job, my home and also had to deal with covid a few times as well. 2020 was a year of loss and struggle. 2021 was a year of rebuilding. 2022 came and I called to make them an appointment and I was told they are no longer patients there because they haven't been there in two yrs, they aren't accepting new patients and they suggest I go see an adult dentist for my kids now. Thank You Children's Dental Associates for your understanding and working with us through this hard time during the pandemic.

First time at this dental office with my toddler and it was a great experience! Suzy, our hygienist m, was wonderful and patient with my daughter to ease any anxiety. They allowed her to be in my lap for the exam and she did great. Dr. Lia was also kind and sweet with her.

Very accommodating as I did not have a babysitter and I wanted to change a future appointment to be later in the day to avoid school disruption. All this was cheerfully accommodated. Our dental hygienist is joyful and extremely knowledgeable about her work. Dentist was kind and focused on my sons teeth.

Everything from start to finish was wonderful. Covid protocols were followed perfectly, The staff was out of this world with my Daughter who had a blast with her first time to the dentist, and everything was clean and headache free. It's nice to see an office that is doing everything correctly.

Dentist Amy is amazing! Every staff member is amazing! They truly make my daughter feel super comfortable. They are all so kind here and explain everything very well. They are very family oriented and want to make sure everything is okay in our lives. We highly recommend. They go with my daughters pace and talk at her level so she doesn't feel uncomfortable. Thank you all so much! We love you! And we never feel judged for being low income or having husky because some places have made us feel that way.

Any mom's out there with little ones in tow, this may not be the dentist for you! I just got off the phone with the office manager. I called to question why we needed to wait in our car upon arriving. I was told the office has eliminated their waiting room and have chosen to use it for other things. This causes many issues especially for folks that arrive via public transportation or have no choice but to bring siblings to appointments. As a mom of twins, I don't always have the luxury of having someone sit with one child while the other is at the dentist. This would have been a huge problem when they were small. I would expect a practice that focusing on children would be centered around what is best for families. Very disappointed! I dont feel comfortable giving them my money or business.

Very pleased with the way that the staff at Groton Children's Dental has responded to the Covid-19 extra precautions. Everything was carefully thought out. We felt very safe and it was still an enjoyable experience for my grandson.

So patient! What an amazing group of people! Everyone was so kind and patient with our two little ones. It was their first dental appointment and they were both very nervous so we weren't sure what to expect. There were some tears but every effort was made to help them feel comfortable and to make it fun.

We love CDA!!! Every time we walk in the environment is child friendly & the hygienist are always smiling. They make it really easy for kids to experience the "dentists" & not be afraid.
