Love the Dentist we have and 95% of the staff is great as well; but wouldn't allow my child to go for her 6 month cleaning (insurance covers 100 percent of cost) because we had a $32 balance that was about a month old and I would be paying in 2 weeks. This is the first time we have ever owed anything to them for any of my children and we have been going to them for about 20 yrs.

Dr Clark and staff are absolutely amazing! I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. The level of professionalism and care are top notch. My son loves him and I'm sure my daughter will too.

If you are looking for a dental practice for your kids? Look no farthe,r because they are excellent. Any hygienist can clean your teeth, but for emergencies or dental work they are the best. During the years my kids are paitients They always make them feel like VIPs Thank you doctor CLark and staff!

We came across CDA when my oldest had a bad experience at another practice, leaving her with extreme fear of the dentist (fluoride swap in the eye). We now take our 3 kids here and they are AMAZING. They were patient working through her fears and made accommodations when my youngest showed fears of the mask (pre covid, thankfully he's over that now). Dr. Clark and his team have always thought outside the box and go above and beyond to put the kids of the community first. I wish I could be their patient as well!

I would NOT recommend CDA to my worst enemy!! For a few reasons but mainly due to the fact and the doctor admitted to me while trying to transfer records that while my daughter was numb he went ahead and filled a surface of a tooth with out any decay...WHO DOES THAT!? Then he proceeded to tell me the fillings he was adamant about me scheduling for my 6 year old daughter could be put on a watch and he was just being proactive! Please you are messing w the wrong Mama especially as I am a dental assistant and the way she was dismissed from his chair when he did her first fillings...which probably was unnecessary work then too but will find that out soon enough! Unreal..but everyone is super nice while screwing you over !!WATCH OUT PPLE!! FRAUD!!

A long story but I feel the need to share. To start Dr. Ureles is rude with parents and not that great with kids either. I took my son in with a cavity I knew he had. Dr. U without knowing anything about my child or his history (this was our first visit!) berated me to the point I wanted to take my kid and walk out. He was also unnecessarily harsh in tone with my 4 year old. But I stayed and delt with it because I just really needed help. Dr. Ureles recommended Silver Diamine Fluoride and then what he called a "soft cap" for my sons cavity. He insisted that if this treatment didn't work the tooth would have to be pulled. So about 4 Diamine Fluoride treatments and a soft cap later (read: 5 appointments, a lot of time and a lot of money invested dealing with a rude dentist) the cavity was taken care of. Or so I thought. We moved over an hour from this practice and during the course of our move the cap Dr. U put on the tooth fell off. I made an appointment with a new pediatric dentist (who came highly recommended) to have it fixed. After explaining the situation to our new dentist. He 100% disagreed with Dr. Ureles approach. He told me all my son needed was a traditional metal filling and it would be taken care of, and so long as we maintained proper tooth brushing it would certainly NEVER need to be pulled! We would be all done in ONE appointment! Im convinced Dr. Ureles deliberately put me through the ringer with this to fuel his ego (by his own admission, he has published articles on Silver Diamine Fluoride and had part in researching it.) Scare me into thinking my sons tooth had to be pulled because of my "neglect" And to punish me in some way for "letting" this happen. Of course as a parent I am partially to blame for a cavity and maybe should have sought help for my problems with my son sooner. But When you are a medical professional and someone is looking to you for help, an attitude that like his is unnecessary. I wish more than anything I had just switched dentists after our fist bad experience or at least got a second opinion before jumping through Dr. Ureles' ridiculous hoops. Don't bother with Dr. Ureles. Save yourself the headache. And don't trust him when he pedals Silver Diamine Fluoride.

My friend just pulled her kids out of this place. They're so strict and rude. They even have a list if u miss an appointment. It's like a punishment list so to speak. How crazy. There's so many other dentists around Salem to choose from. Some of their hygienists are nice and some have a lot to be desired! When ur child sits with the dentist the dentist literally looks at ur kids teeth for like 10 seconds and says alright looks great. Really? U can tell that in 10 seconds. Hmmmm!

I could not say enough about how wonderful the staff is! My son is 15 and has been seeing Dr. Clark since he was 10 months. He is amazing!! I also have an almost 12 yr old and a 2 year old and they see Dr. Clark as well. He is so patient and explains everything to the child as he goes along and at the end he goes over everything with the parent. He goes above and beyond. The hygienist there is also amazing! Love her. She is great with all of my children. Very patient with my 12 and 2 yr old. My 12 year old gets anxiety going to the dentist and has meltdowns. She is wonderful! Highly recommend this office!

I went to this dental group as a child, I loved going there. Now that I have a child of my own I was looking forward to my child going. I called to make an appointment for him and was told "the little ones are only seen in the morning". I'm sorry what? You are a CHILDRENS dental office. Needless to say we are going to an ADULT dental office who will see him at a convenient time that works with my schedule.

My kids love the staff and we're always treated with respect. Good dentist for kids - especially if they were dealt a bum hand with their teeth. My poor kids!

I love how nice everyone in their office is to your children and to you. They all genually care about your childs overall health of their teeth. They have a small play place to keep the children occupied while waiting to be seen and it also helps keep them distracted while you are filling out paperwork. The dentists are all good with babies and small children and don't stress about nervous or scared/crying children, they treat them gently and make sure the childs visit isn't at all stressful for them. I have enjoyed bringing my children (2 boys ages 6 & 2) to this office over the past few years. I started bringing both my boys here at 6 months of age and surley have never had any complaints about the wait time, staff, Doctors, or the feedback about my childrens teeth or any instructions given to me. Overall i cannot find one negative thing about their buisness and will continue to bring my children to Children's Dental. They are awesome!

We Been going to this dentist a while now and the hygenest are great the secretary's are wonderful but the dentist is out right mean. Not only once but twice 2 seprate visits.he yelled at my child and called her a baby. All she did was cry because she was nervous. I was in shock and even her sister was very upset.
