Markel Dill 9 years old says if you lay down here to get your teeth worked on it feels nice and soothing. Andrew Costing 7yrs old says I was kind of scared at first because I thought I was going to get a needle but I don't because my teeth were. Clean.

We love Children's Choice. We never have to wait very long for an appointment, and everyone is great with kids. My kids love getting prizes at the end.

This place is so AWESOME for kids! When you walk in the door you're greeted by the staff and feel welcomed. There are toys for kids, movies playing and a mini jungle from the ceiling. The technicians are so patient and ask you questions in preparation for your exam. The doctors and assistants take their time and patient in making the exam not a scary experience, especially for children who have disabilities. My autistic son asks to come to the dentist. So much love here for all patients!!!

The dentists and nurses are amazing. The two star rating is the from the front office staff and management. They don't answer the phones and they don't return messages as they claim they do. I have almost a $700 dollar charge on my card and they can't explain why. I was promised a refund which I'm still waiting for. Just because of how terrible the front office staff is I'm looking into a new dentist for my child.

They are really great, informative, and caring. I've been coming to them since my son was 1 year old and I always love going to them because they treat him so well. Now I take my 2 year old daughter and she likes it too! I also like the fact that they give out bamboo toothbrushes now instead of plastic. Great way to be more eco friendly! Highly recommend! :)

Went here for my daughter's first dental visit. They had us in and out with no waiting and she even got a cool cape at the end. Nice open office and friendly staff.

It took two weeks to get through to anyone on the phone. I left a message and no one called me back. I finally scheduled an appointment but sat in the waiting room for over half an hour with no idea why it was taking so long. I ask the receptionist who says my insurance was not verified. Well why didn't they say anything to me when I first got there?! I provided my insurance back when I scheduled the appointment and through the online form prior to my appointment. After being there an hour, I said my peace to the manager and left. What a waste of my time. I will never return because professionalism was nowhere to be found. I just scheduled an appointment somewhere else and they verified my insurance within 5 minutes...

Such friendly service and care for my 2 sons' teeth. They spoke to my 12 year old and 16 year old with respect and with laughter. As a parent I received good advice for my teeth too!!

I was recommended this here and we love it. The environment is is very clean, welcoming, and it really is a place my child looks forward to going too. The best part is the people who work there. Everyone is always helpful, informative, and in a good spirit. I would recommend this location 100 percent.

We just had our first visit to Children's Choice Pediatric Dentistry and it was amazing! The entire staff is friendly and informative. My son had to have several teeth extracted and Dr. Janet was awesome!! I am so happy that we found Children's Choice and only wish that we had started coming sooner! Highly recommended!! :)

Took my 2YO here for her first visit, as recommended by her pediatrician. She reacted appropriately for a 2YO at their first dentist appointment, they were so good with her, while teaching me a better technique. There is nothing I can say about the friendly staff and facility that hasn't been stated.

I truly love this office! My eldest son is autistic and completely freaked out at our last dentist's office and I was so scared to take him to the dentist. When he arrived at Children's Choice, they made him feel so comfortable and truly connected with him. He was not afraid at all! He no longer fears the dentist. I also took my daughter here for her first ever Debra appointment and she loved it. They have worked my son in within 24 hours for an emergency appointment and continue to go above and beyond to cater to their patients. I truly love this office and plan to continue taking my children for a long time.

It is absolutely impossible to get someone on the phone in order to make an appointment. If someone says they'll call you back they never do when this office was first established they were very responsive and they answer the phones...now I would not recommend this place they are overcrowded they try to rush your appointments and the worst part about it you can never get on the phone with somebody in order to make an appointment. Its a shame that since ownership has grown they have lost sight of what made them so valuable to begin with. The most important thing about a business is customer service if your patients cannot get through to make appointments or they feel rushed during appointments that means you no longer have their best interest in mind....you are only concerned about numbers and the bottom line. I recommend looking for another dentistry establishment for your children a place where they're more receptive and you can actually get in contact with someone.
