My son has always come in calm as can be. He never has a problem being in there. The dentist and assistant treat him wonderfully. I would absolutely recommend his dentist and this facility for any and all children. They are an amazing group of people

I had the worst experience here, I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have medi cal you pretty much get what you pay for, I took 7 of my children here and no work was done on there teeth let alone cleaning, I hate to see service of this type but when you have no good insurance you can at the minimum take them here I suggest parents get there money up so they can take them to another location for a more pleasant desirable experience

Ive been taking my kids to Dr. Sam for 10 years. My kids love this dentist. All the staff are super friendly. Retha was amazing when I took my youngest son. She put his favorite movie on the tv screen for him to watch while we waited. I will definitely continue to bring my kids into Children's Choice!

The doctor is great, my kids absolutely love him. The front staff changes so much it's hard to gauge but they are usually not the nicest. My biggest complaint is the wait times. It seems they over book their appointments and you are left waiting way too long. Last time I was there my 2 year old was getting a check up. She did really well for the cleaning and let them take pictures but after that we waited over a half our for the doctor before I just up and left. It's really hard to keep a 2 year still for that long while we wait, and the room is so open so she was just trying to walk around. We never even got to see Dr Sam. It's not the first time I've had to leave without treatment either.

We love this office they have always been so professional and address every concern I have while being very patient with my 3 year old and making sure he is as comfortable as possible. He has now been seeing them for over 2 years and we would never go anywhere else.

We drive down here from Truckee, my main reasoning is so that all 3 kids can B seen @ the same time , on the same day.... Really a plus for us. Besides that, I like the drive on 2 lanes !

Our first experience with this office was horrible. They were under construction. They seemed very unorganized. They treat the children there like cattle. I took my kids there because I have read some good reviews and decided to take a chance. My son loves going to the dentist but bc we recently moved, we had to find another office. My son ended up crying and gagging from a simple teeth cleaning because the person who worked on my child's teeth were being rough and she did not stop when he kept telling her to stop and he repeatedly said "ow". She flossed his teeth so hard he jumped out of his chair. Never going back!!!

Dissatisfied. Very poor communication between staff. I had to reschedule the appt 3 times because they didn't have my child's X-Rays. Then when we finally were seen each employee said we had to take X-rays because no one looked in the chart. The facility is like they're too busy & herding through cows. The Dentist came in & started speaking so fast like he had one minute to see us & I had to slow him down. The Treatment Plan given is not what our primary Dentist had referred for so now I have to get a second opinion & it won't be with Children's Choice.

Took our kids to dental appointment. Arrived Early Dr literally made us wait and served everyone that came in after us with later appointments. I feel like this place profiles. We will be looking for a new dentist. Absolutely ridiculous.

We had a very pleasant visit. Kash has a strong aversion to any type of medical practitioners due to a bad experience at ampla health. So I think he did real well yesterday.

(Translated by Google) Hello, today I had a horrible experience with my son, he had an appointment for treatment and they were going to put 4 sealants on him but they did the sealants before the treatment and the assistant hurt my son a lot and he cried a lot they did not think that with him water and air was going to wear off the anesthesia when the doctor came in to do the treatment he was no longer anesthetized because he was crying desperately and the doctor ignored him I hope they realize what they are doing and believe in the children when they say it hurts because my son was happy and left scared until one of the mothers comes out with that pain of seeing that her children are crying desperately (Original) Hola hoy tuve una experiencia horrible con mi hijo tubo una cita para tratamiento y le iban a poner 4 selladores pero le hicieron los selladores antes del tratamiento y la asistente me lastimo mucho a mi hijo y el lloraba mucho no se pusieron a pensar que con el agua y el aire se le iba a pasar la anestesia cuando entro el doctor para hacerle el tratamiento ya no estaba anestesiado porque el lloraba desesperado y el doctor no le iso caso espero que se den cuenta de lo que estan haciendo y crean en los ninos cuando dicen que les duele porque mi hijo iba contento y salio asustado asta uno de madre sale con ese dolor de ver que sus hijos estan llorando desesperadamente

At first it was a good dentist. My son had to have some fillings. So after filling out the paperwork they proceeded to not send the paperwork to their sedation office like they were suppose to. The first month I called they said it was approved through medical that they were just waiting for an Anesthesiologist. The second month I was told that they had an Anesthesiologist but medical hadn't approved it. Month 3 rolls around and I'm told he's all good to go just they were waiting for an appointment to open up. Month 4 comes and goes and they say everything is good but he needs a cardiologist clearance so I go and get that done. All said and done I picked the Chico office and then was told There were no open appointments and it would have to yet again be approved for my son to go to the Chico office. After I confronted them about not telling me everything at first all they could say was it's just the way they work. I honestly am considering a different dentist all together. They said his teeth needed the fillings yet they jerked me around for 4 and a half months now. Absolutely disappointing
