Our patient education tips and prevention products such as vanilla- and chocolate-flavored xylitol toothpaste and fluoride gels can help children prevent cavities by 50%.
Our offices are rich with child-friendly murals, video games, engaging games and toys to help children feel comfortable. A separate play area is also provided for infants and toddlers. I'm so glad my friend told me about this place. I have children that are on the spectrum and the staff at childrens choice are very gentle / compassionate with them. Each staff member That I have encountered has always been very respectful/friendly. they're very thorough about their examinations and the dentist always go over everything before you leave your appointment. I definitely would recommend them to anybody

I first started bringing my children here about 10 years ago. The care was superb, and my children were actually excited to visit the dentist. My children enjoys watching the tv on the ceiling during their cleaning. However, in time the quality of care have declined and we've seen a high turnover rate in dentists. The kids were seeing a new dentist every 6 to 12 months. I think the dentists are pushed to their max to see a high volume of patients in a short amount of time. The dentists were no longer providing the same quality of patient education on good dental hygiene and preventive measures. It feels like this practice is a place for newly graduated dentists to gain experience as a stepping stone and then move on elsewhere. The RDA staff also seem overworked and exhausted. I understand a busy clinic yields more revenue but I think the company should invest and take care of their employees better in order to retain them in the long run. My children miss the "treasure chest" where they get to pick out a free toy/sticker after their appointment and also the free toothbrush/toothpaste.

The care my children received at their appointment was great and all. However the fact that they are so booked up and can't get my kids in for their treatment for another 5 months is absolutely ridiculous and absurd. Their cavities are going to get worse waiting until January 2023! IT's September 2022! Cmon. That's just awful. They just have way too many Clients.

It was our very first time visiting this office. Staff was very friendly, we did not wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and once we did, dental assistant Ranitta was extremely friendly, accommodating, and she made my 3 year old daughter feel very confortable and secured. Navigating thru the building was a bit confusing for me especially since we were running a few mins late. But the quality of the work and the professionalism of the dental assistants and the whole staff was A+

Dr. Jeff is so helpful and a great doctor. But the rest is awful. They said they will update us for our kid treatment but they didn't update us. We are just waiting at the lobby and the last thing we know he's done with the treatment. I was shocked. And the two ladies who are a staff are arguing at the hallway.

Not recommend Really bad service It's really bad that people choose a career path just because of the money but they don't have dedication, detail to give a good service. They act just like robots but not even a smile to the kids. Everybody was upset, they didn't have communication between them. No one knows which chairs they are using is a total lack of control. They didn't explain the procedures. We have the appointment at certain time and being help like an hour later. I feel really bad bringing my kids to this place. They don't know what they doing.
