Our Childrens Choice locations provide quality care with no mercury fillings. We use digital x-rays that reduce radiation by 90%. Our patient education tips and prevention products such as vanilla- and chocolate-flavored xylitol toothpaste and fluoride gels can help children prevent cavities by 50%.
Our offices are rich with child-friendly murals, video games, engaging games and toys to help children feel comfortable. A separate play area is also provided for infants and toddlers. Our hospitality stations offer coffee, tea, and reading materials. Parents are welcome to join their children during treatments.

If you have young patients who have an emergency dental need, we are here as a referral partner. We accept all insurance, including Denti-Cal/Medi-Cal Dental. We see infants, children, teens, and those with special needs.

They use google to store kids medical photos. Took photos without consent=Wild HIPAA privacy violation. We Arrived 15 min early, didn't see dentist until an hour after scheduled start time. Dentist came to see our kid and didn't know his name, didn't review x rays or any info, just walked up blind and didn't even sit down. No one introduced themself (X ray tech, hygienist, dentist). They do play movies for kids and have balloons. They make an effort to soothe the kids. Had a good experience with a different prior dentist here. When rescheduling next appt, I made sure to request a different dentist. I was told there are two new dentists and the old one left...what's with all this turnover of dentists? Update: I called the number that was provided by the owner in their reply to this review. It was the number to the front desk. They had no idea what I was talking about. They couldn't reach a manager because "the office is closed". Note that this was at 10:30am on a Tuesday, a time when their hours lost them as open

Dentists, assistants, and staff are very kind to my kids and work hard to ease any anxiety. They are thorough and efficient. My kids enjoy going to the dentist!

Front desk, dental assistants, and dentist are amazing. Clean, fun, and positive environment. My son twice had not opened his mouth at the dentist. His first time here he got the full service. Grateful.

I like their office and staff. Recently, Crystal cleaned my children's teeth and she was friendly and patient. Sometimes it can be a long wait but I prefer them compared to other places.

I have been coming here for years and had great service but today was horrible to the point that I don't ever want to walk through those doors again. 1st so everyone knows even if you confirm via text and email it doesn't matter they will give your spot away, even if they do not call you till the day before the appointment and you confirm verbally they could already have given your spot away . This happened to me and I got told multiple times it was my fault for not confirming and that they can squeeze her in but she will have to wait longer because her appointment was given away and that person gets to go ahead of her. Then I get told than 50% their systems don't work. Then I got hung up on. Please fix your staff and teach them the proper way to address these issues, especially if you know that your systems do not work 50% of the time. All would be better if I was told I'm sorry our systems made that mistake I'll put her in on top of the person we squeezed in see you tomorrow, that's it. Instead of telling me how it's all my fault and I failed over and over again . If anyone from this company can call me I would love to address this.

Called today at my lunch break & very rude front desk spoke to me, tone & attitude was very clear, I only cared to schedule my child's 6month dental cleaning, she asked about my address I replied it change & was in hurry because I was in quick break, so she proceed with same unmannered attitude that she can't schedule me, until I provide my new address. I proceed to say that's fine & I hang up. You guys just lost a patient , I drive from Thousand Oaks to you guys for 2years & it looks like this practice only employ non compassionate employee. After hanging up, found a dentist with 500+reviews in Westlake village, 5min from my home & spoke with them for less than two minutes to schedule an appointment. Please employ actual people who care & have manners. This is sad that the health industry just employ heartless rude folks... sad

I have been bringing my son to this office for a couple of years now. I love this place. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The office is bright and clean, I don't mind driving out of town to bring him here, if we are getting excellent dental care where they specialize in children.
