Our patient education tips and prevention products such as vanilla- and chocolate-flavored xylitol toothpaste and fluoride gels can help children prevent cavities by 50%.
Our offices are rich with child-friendly murals, video games, engaging games and toys to help children feel comfortable. A separate play area is also provided for infants and toddlers. If you have young patients who have an emergency dental need, we are here as a referral partner. We accept all insurance, including Denti-Cal/Medi-Cal Dental. We see infants, children, teens, and those with special needs.

Been taking my daughter here since they first opened the Merced location and she was about to be 2 at the first appointment and the dental assistants have always been extremely kind and patient with the children however the dentist was super rude and quick to get things done and over with and always seemed like she had something negative to say....THEY HAVE A NEW DENTIST!!! my daughter just turned 3 and since her last visit 3 months ago they have hired a new dentist and he was perfect he sang the alphabet to my daughter to get her to allow him to count her teeth and she actually opened her mouth and just let him do what he needed to do which she had never done before I think even she just felt more comfortable then with the old dentist!! The old dentist had my child listed as "extremely difficult to deal with" and "must sit on parents lap" and she would always have to force into my daughters mouth!! My daughter definitely felt more comfortable and actually enjoyed her visit this time and there were no tears!! I couldn't be happier with this place now that they got a new dentist!!!

As someone who works in the dental field I Liked this office. Very clean and I loved their layout cause if your a worry some parent you can see your child even if they are getting x rays done. I didn't like that they have their schedules open on all computers because there is people who go snooping around and they can see it. Some employees did lack customer service/communication skills but no one was rude. They will now be my child's primary dentist.

My son is 4 he is very squirmy when getting any dental procedure. Yet they staff and dentist are diligent and prompt with all of the work they perform. My son has had two baby root canals. The dentist only took 15 minutes to complete each root in which I was very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this children's dentist to anyone who prefers a fast but accurate job done on their children's dental work. Also the staff is very professional with explaining any procedure or dental care that your child may need.

Mayra Ramirez is absolutely amazing! She was able to get my son in same day to have his scan for Invisalign and makes the process so easy. If you're looking into Invisalign for your child, please choose Childrens choice dental and see Mayra. I was nervous about doing Invisalign for my son's second phase (his first phase was traditional braces) I thought Invisalign would be more expensive, more time consuming, etc. I was wrong! Mayra makes it a breeze.
