Our Childrens Choice locations provide quality care with no mercury fillings. We use digital x-rays that reduce radiation by 90%. Our patient education tips and prevention products such as vanilla- and chocolate-flavored xylitol toothpaste and fluoride gels can help children prevent cavities by 50%.
Our offices are rich with child-friendly murals, video games, engaging games and toys to help children feel comfortable. A separate play area is also provided for infants and toddlers. Our hospitality stations offer coffee, tea, and reading materials. Parents are welcome to join their children during treatments.

If you have young patients who have an emergency dental need, we are here as a referral partner. We accept all insurance, including Denti-Cal/Medi-Cal Dental. We see infants, children, teens, and those with special needs.

They were so sweet! Front desk gal was super helpful and friendly, The dentist and his assistant were extremely sweet with my son and also made him safe and comfortable! I would say they changed my 8 years olds opinion of the "Scary dentist " It is a bit of a drive for us, but we have found our new dentist!

The only dentist office I could find after going to so many that would do my child's work without laughing gas or being put under general anesthesia she needed multiple fillings plus an extraction the dentist was super efficient and fast I wish I would've went there sooner instead of being sent to multiple different places before finding them in Lincoln my two-year-old also really enjoyed it because it was so much fun playing on all of the toys

This place is great for children we had a few up and down before but this time we had a better experience thank you so much for fixing the problem now my youngest son loves the dentist go figure

Staff is friendly Dr. Lum is amazing has the patience with my 3yr old. Compared to pass experiences at the Yuba city location. Totally different & the staff in back is super more nicer. Thank you :)

My son had to be put under to get his teeth done in Sacramento about a month ago and the procedure went well until I got half way home and his cap already fell out so had to drive back to get it put back in when he was already upset about waking up with a numbed mouth. Well yesterday we had an appointment at Children's choise and I thought it was just an check up and cleaning. I drove an hour to get there and they took him staight back and she asked if he wanted to get laughing gas. She said they where going to put a cap on his back molar. I told her he had just got all that work done last month. None of the info was updated in there system and they almost numbed him for no reason. They ended up telling me there was a mistake and he didnt need to come back for another 6 months. They didnt even do a proper check up or cleaning because he was upest about the gas mask they had tried putting on him, because he thought he was there just for a check up. It all scared him because of his experience with the last apt. It was a waste of time and gas (takes me an hour to get there and hour back). We will not be returning! Very unprofessional and poorly handled. My son is normally very comfertable with doctors since he has hearing loss and was two month premature, so he is used to seeing doctors and have appointments. This was only the third appointment we had with them. The first one was easy they where just looking but the second time we went to try getting his teeth capped and they where very all over the palace and when they gave him the gas they didnt even give it enough time for tge gas the kick in before shoving the needle in his mouth. By that point he was extremely upset and they couldnt get him to sit still. So I told them we will just have to make an appointment to put him under. Then I heard one of the ladys say the gas wasnt even turned on. We left that day with his mouth numb for no reason because they didnt properly use the laughing gas to help calm him. I shouldnt have gone back after that appointment but at that time they where my only option. Save yourself the headache and take you kid elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Disappointed. We were called back to the dentist chair and waited 15min before they started cleaning my 2 kids teeth(thats a long time for young kids). Also while waiting, my kids had to witness a mom and doctor holding down a 2 yr old while she screamed to a point of almost getting sick while they tried to look at her teeth. I get that sometimes that happens and kids get scared, but they first made her wait way too long. The longer she waited the more upset she was getting. And then they should have said we can try again another time. Then we waited another 10min for the doctor to come and check they're teeth, that literally took 10 seconds. After covid something changed. They aren't as friendly, hardly anyone smiles and there are no prizes, which was my kids favorite part. Its very sad because they didn't used to be like this.

We've been going to Childrens Choice Dental in Lincoln for about 4 years. My grandchildren love going here and have fun in the waiting room with all the kiddie equipment. Always a good experience.

The doctor is great but wait times are ridiculous!!!! I hate coming here but my kids like it because it looks kid friendly. They are so backed up we have to wait over our appointment time! They take us back only to have us .... you guessed it, WAIT AGAIN! Had a 4:30 and at 5:30 finally they get him looked at!!! I will have to look a for a new dentist.

This is an absolute best dentist to take your children to if only all doctors office that had anything to do with children were like this it would be so much easier! Super easy to fill out paperwork with a two-year-old when there is as many distractions as there are at this dentist seen as how they have video games and movies playing and toys and little playgrounds literally in the waiting room it is the best place for children and I will definitely be continually taking my child there!

My son loves going to this dentist! In the 2-3 years we've been going here, he has become so brave, and so much more willing to allow the dental team to clean his teeth and take pictures. They are so patient with kiddos!

They were the the only office to get my daughter in for treatment same day for her toothache. The staff was friendly as was the dentist who took care of her. My kids loved the atmosphere and said they want to go back there! I switched dentists after poor service at a different office but they couldn't get us in till weeks out and it's closer to our house, but if the care isn't as good as what we received at Children's choice in Lincoln, it will be worth the drive for us. Thank you again!

We had a great experience at the Lincoln Children's Choice Dentist! My son needed an extraction, and the staff was super sweet and caring. The nurse even heald his hand. The Dr was super gentle and talked him through the whole thing. My son has anxiety and I figured we would need to use the the laughing gas, but because of their sensitivity, we just needed numbing. They have screens to watch movies and that was super helpful too.

They take you back quickly, but wait hour and half to get my kids teeth cleaned and x-ray. Always long wait times and sometimes kids that come in after yours get taken care of before yours and you just wait while trying to keep kids entertained and calm. Probably will end up going elsewhere after 6 years here. Their wait times just keep getting longer.
