As a licensed pediatric dentist in Richboro, PA we work with our patients so they can achieve and maintain a beautiful smile and healthier gums and teeth. We take the time with our patients to explain their treatment options and inform them of additional preventative care. We feel this will lead to a more trusting doctor/patient relationship and, for many people, relieve the stress about seeing a dentist.
When your child requires extensive dental care, we offer the option of hospital-based dentistry. Dr Gagliardi is on staff at Abington Memorial Hospital, St Christopher's Hospital for Children and Holy Redeemer Hospital. When patients have specific needs, or if they have a multitude of care to be completed, hospital-based dentistry can be used to provide safe, effective dental care in an outpatient setting.
Does your child have special needs or a specific allergy that we need to be aware of? Our office can assist in providing the dental care your childs needs in a gluten-free, latex-free, allergy-aware office. Dr Gagliardi has 30+ years of training and experience caring for children and young adults with special needs including Autism, ASD and brain injuries.
Dedicated to the Bucks County Community, our office participates in Toys for Tots, Northampton Days festivals, and we are proud to support our local students. Our reading program in local schools brings dental care to young children outside of the dental office in an entertaining environment.

We've been going to Children First for over 12 years. Dr. G and his staff are wonderful! He's honest, caring, and goes above and beyond to make sure his patients feel comfortable and at ease. My daughter was nervous about getting her braces off and he went out of his way to make sure she was happy. They even squeezed us in after we needed to reschedule for a family emergency. The hygienists, front desk and billing are very friendly and welcoming, too. The office is adorable and they play movies for the patients during procedures and in the waiting room.

Dr. G and his staff are wonderful. They truly care about your children and their dental experience. Dr. G is extremely honest and always wants to do right by your child. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. I would highly recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I absolutely LOVE this place !! From the staff to the dentist assistant and the dentist himself they are all sooo nice and helpful!! I take three kids under 10 and you would think I dread this appointment every 6 months but we all actually look forward to it !!! So happy we found this place a few years ago :)

Absolutely incredible place! Wonderful staff, super cleans and amazingly accomodating. Dr. G is so friendly and comfortable with the kids and everyone else, from the nurses to the front desk are so kind and helpful! Wouldn't change dentists for anything!!

My large family has been coming here for over 30 years, including my 2 special needs children. Dr. Gagliardi is the most awesomely capable children's dentist ever. We tried others before, we've stayed here and now our grandchildren come here.

Today was my 21-month-old son's first visit to the dentist and I am beyond grateful that we chose Children First. From the very first phone call I made to schedule the appointment to the time we walked out the door today, we experienced nothing but kindness and patience. Our hygienist, whose name I didn't get but has a blonde, bob-type hair cut, was so sweet and didn't mind that my son was touching everything and being his toddler self. She explained all that we needed to know succinctly, but in a way that was respectful. Dr. Gagliardi was so awesome with my son, who handed him a favorite book and he took the time to read it to him! What doctor takes the time and interest in kids like this?! He didn't seem like we were inconveniencing him or holding him up from other patients, which is also so rare. The hygienist and doc also asked me questions about my son's birth, as he was born at 24 weeks, and listened while I answered. Again, we never felt rushed or like we were a bother. It is so refreshing to work with a medical practitioner's office that is not only fantastic at what they do, but really care about the patients and their families as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely the most comforting experience for my 4yr old and me as her mother. We just moved into the area and after reading excellent reviews, I knew this was the place for my children. The team is beyond wonderful and knowledgeable. They take their time to go through everything and Dr. G had my daughter giggling and feeling calm during her exam. I look forward to bringing my other kids for their first appointments and feel like I've found their forever dentist! Thank you so much for such an incredible and enjoyable experience!

Dr. Gagliardi and his staff are AMAZING with my boys! My son was terrified of going to the his previous dentist and it always ended in tears. Switched to Childrens First and now he loves going! The staff os great with scheduling also! Very helpful!

Love this dentist! I started going to him after I needed a second opinion and was impressed with his honesty. I'm glad I went because I saved my daughter from having to get a cavity that didn't exist filled. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. Thrilled that I made the change!

Dr. G and all of the girls are so sweet and easy to talk to. They are gentle and patient with the kids. The office is extremely clean and we always have a good experience. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else
