The doctor has no bedside manner and they have horrible billing practices. Front desk was nice but that didn't make up for the rest of my awful experience.

My daughter needed emergency work done on her teeth and although they were booked they went above and beyond to help! The dentist that worked on her was even able to save a tooth that I was told was not able to be saved! I highly recommend this dentist!

I have been coming here for over 15 years and lately they have been unprofessional, changing appointment times without my knowledge. I will be finding a new place for our family of 7 to go elsewhere. Stay away from this business unless you like having appointments date and times changed without notice.

Dr. Needed a letter from my other Dr. Stating that it was ok for me to take pain medication while on my current medication. Had them fax over this documentation several times before having the dentist confirm that they got it. Came in to have the tooth pulled and the Dr again said he could not give pain meds because the letter didn't specify narcotics. He told me he needed a different letter specifying narcotics. Had them send this letter. That was still now not good enough for him and gave me a separate sheet for them to fill out. He's got me running in circles so I'm going somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

Excessive wait time over 45 mins !! Plus they are horrible at answering there phone calls !! Very discouraged on the way they are operating lately is unfortunate

So I went in for a cleaning and had the best cleaner in there so far and I've been coming here for YEARS since I was just a lil kid and this guy named Daniel went above and beyond to recommend what's best for me and was the first to ever tell me that I could move the vacuum in my mouth for my own comfort if I'd wish too. This guy made my day.

Children and Family Dental is an extremely unprofessional business establishment. I have experienced rude front desk staff, waited over an hour to be sat down for my appointment, and have been overcharged twice for mistakes on their end. If you have the opportunity to go to a different dentist, I recommend it.

I absolutely love Children and Family dentistry on Cooley. My children have been going there for years and the treatment there is wonderful! Today my son had a visit and got the pleasure of Lacresia who is always welcoming and kind to my children and myself! She was absolutely amazing with my son! She made him comfortable and happy! She was soothing to him with her words and nurturing during his appointment!She gave my son a wonderful experience!! Therefore he can't wait to come again!!

Very unprofessional. Girls at the front desk are rude, I completely understand if you are busy, but no need to be rude to customers that are annoyed and in pain for tooth aches, you guys should all be retrained and how to treat customers. They set me up for a root canal 4 months later, on top of me letting them know that it started becoming very sensitive. 1 month later an abscess started growing in my gum, I called for weeks with no phone calls returned, they have automated txt messageing that doesn't even respond back to you. And if you call, they put you on hold and never get back to your call. You guys are a mess. Get it together.

Mask Mandate is over but still harassing you to wear a mask as soon as you come in. I said isn't mask mandate over. The receptionist with an attitude you need to put in on and it's not over. It's a choice you shouldn't feel like your forced to put it on or you won't be seen.

They fire people for not liking them and talk about their beliefs and a doctor told a patient this is the worst teeth I've ever saw, they use certain workers and the other workers are lazy and they let go of the good workers. The place doesn't have the right managers for leading a team and the hygienist are rude and get multiple complaints, the place all together is very unprofessional.
