The hygienist, Yolonda was wonderful. She stayed late to fit my cleaning in and it was the BEST cleaning I have ever had. The kindness of Yolonda and the receptionist did not go unnoticed. Thank you for going the extra mile

Quick and painless exam with a 6 month re-visit scheduled prior to leaving the office. Took my preferred time of day and set future appointment before exam was concluded. Friendly, efficient service.

Everyone was very welcoming and kind. Very professional. Maddie is an amazing assistant and yolanda was the best hygienist i have ever had. I highly recommend getting your yearly cleanings here.

I love the Rockyhill location super clean and organized the Front end girls are AMAZING! Dianny such a great manager resolved my issue very quickly. The assistant were awesome and super professional. Angie took my X-rays made me feel completely comfortable, I even took a nap while Yolanda the hygienist did my cleaning I would recommend this place to EVERYONE I know!

Good evening... Tomorrow July 29th I would have had an appointment for cleaning at 1:30. I received a call today July 28th, in which I thought it was to confirm and no it was to cancel my appointment. When I called back to ask why it was canceled, I was informed I didn't confirm appointment, so my appointment was given to someone else. I work for the Healthcare industry and normally we call our patients to confirm, not the other way around. When someone schedules an appointment we work around our busy lifestyle to accommodate these appointments, very frustrating to have a last minute cancellation. Would not recommend this office.. Thank God I called my former dental clinic and I have my cleaning for this Saturday. Thanks at least I saved gas money and my dental insurance won't get charged by your clinic. Rocky Hill dentistry is constantly canceling, so please save the frustration. Have a blessed night everyone!

I saw Yolanda for a new patient visit and cleaning. She was AMAZING!! If I could give her 10 stars I would! Not only was she very thorough with my exam, she did such a good job with the cleaning. She took her time, I didn't feel rushed at all. It had been a couple of years since my last cleaning due to Covid, no judgement from her or the doctor. Not to mention this is one of the cleanest office I've ever been to. If you're looking for your next dental home or getting back on track after Covid, I highly recommend this office! Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I had a great experience with the front desk staff as well as the ladies in the back. The cleaning went smoothly, the hygienist, x-ray tech and doctor were very friendly and informative. I recommend family to come here as well for a good dental experience.

We recently moved to the area. Just had our first appointment and was very impressed. The staff were all exceptional, and I would highly recommend them. Yolanda took her time and did a great job!! The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and accommodating.

My daughter had the first appt in this place! We went in there, a assistant lady, i dont remember her name, she was nice, she was taking care about her, i didnt know it that was not the dentist! Anyways she was feeling good with her, she checked the teeth, a light cleaning and then in the end she called the dentist! Dentist came, he didnt introduce himself at all, he went directly to my daughter, checked her mouth and he started explained to me as a machine bla bla bla that, we have to put her sleep for cavities, you can bring her in hospital they put her sleep and make the filling etc. i was shocked for the way how he went , my daughter started crying, she was feeling terrible, he made her scary... omg what a experience! A dentist especially with the kids and for the first time, should be friendly and understandable, she was not a adult,he didnt even say hello to her, went directly to her mouth! My god, i cant believe! Then i said to the lady that took care of my daughter, not at all he will be my daughter's dentist! I would never recommend this place honestly! Maybe is good for adults but for kids not at all!

I went in for a cleaning today for the first time. The staff was super friendly! And the office was very clean and organized! They did a nice thorough job with my cleaning. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! VERY happy with my appointment!

The staff is super nice and friendly. They took care of me and were very understanding, careful and patient since I have very sensitive teeth and get really anxious visiting the dentist. I woyld recommend it 100%!

I went to this location and was very disappointed because I was told that the exam and cleaning was $49 for new patients. When I arrived I was brought in for my exam where the the hygienist wrote me about approximately $500 bill of things ...

Yolanda who cleaned my teeth was so gentle and nice ! The girl up front was nice also and very helpful with figuring out my next step, great office!
