If I can give -1,000 star I would. This place is by far the worse dental place I've ever been to. They're constantly changing their rules without any notice to their patients. They don't have late or weekend hours to accommodate their patient's.

It is always busy when the oral surgeon/s are there, but the front office did an amazing job this past Wednesday. The oral surgeon and Estphanie were wonderful to me. Keep up the great work team!

Absolutely horrible management, while my son was getting a procedure a manager enters the room, didn't knock just barged in. Her hair was very greasy and dirty and she had to push by me and my son's feet to get through, not one excuse me, not an I'm sorry. She went through some stuff and then left came back 5 mins later and did the same thing. Extremely unprofessional. Also just wanted to make appointments through his MassHealth but not actually do any work. Place a is huge scam, all work that my son got either fell out within the hour or the next day??? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Staff are rude and uneducated. RUN!

This is the worst dentist ever. They are super inconsistent. Half the time only one dentist is working and running around seeing all the patients. The last time, he literally opened my mouth and walked out without examining at any detail at all. I walked out seeing all the kids in there and wanted to scream at their parents to get them a new dentist. They do not care about your teeth. They care about running a high volume in-and-out sweat-shop experience to collect your dental insurance. An absolute disgrace to the community.

Great office! Dr. Rey and his assistants are amazing. Admin is very friendly and very welcoming since the minute you walk in! I recommend this office to everyone all ages. They take care of your oral health and are very informative !

Love this dentistry for all my needs! Especially the braces department, they work well and efficient. They update the people about any delays, the workers are nice and easy to speak to. Recommend to place to all friends and family !

The lady Kat there is so nice and had great conversation. I'm always anxious about interacting with people at the dentist but she made it a safe space, this is why i always come back the workers here are authentically nice

This is the most incompetent dental office that I have ever been to in my life. I been waiting since September of 2021 for them to submit prior authorization for a dental procedure to my dental insurance. It's now June of 2022 and they still have not figured it out yet. They requested authorization for a crown on a tooth that they previously referred me to have extracted. The tooth is gone, why would I need a crown now?! It's been a process I think I need to take my business elsewhere!!

After an dental appointment at children and family dental group my family and are happy and left with clean and bright smiles. Our Medical assistant Kat was so friendly and professional making sure we understood what our next steps were and helping us make our next appointments quickly and hassle free.
