Truly a rude, incompetent and untrustworthy group of people. I originally went to this facility for a consult for wisdom teeth removal. At the visit, they noticed that I had some cavities that I should get filled. While this is pretty standard, the discussion of the filling of the cavities as well as the cost/etc was very quickly glossed over by the dentist while I was still upside down on the chair with someone's hands in my mouth. I was treated poorly for the entire visit, and made to feel like more of a burden than a patient. There was no further clarification after this when making the appointment about what exactly would be done, just that they would be doing my fillings. After my first set of cavities were filled, an additional $130 charge was on my balance, because I had been given white fillings instead of metallic. I was NEVER given the option to choose, nor was I told that there was a difference in price, the person who usually plans out the procedures was "not there" and never spoke to me on the day of or attempted to call me and give me that very important info, then lied and said that I was told that there was a price difference when I disputed the charge. Frustrated with this, I went to a different place to get the rest of my fillings. This facility made the transition extremely difficult by having a significant delay in sending my X-rays which they had just taken. This delayed my first visit to the new facility, and caused me to have to reschedule. I returned to my new dentists, expecting for the situation to be taken care of (as they told me they would send the X-rays and it had been weeks since the first visit was delayed and subsequently rescheduled) and they did not send the digital X-rays (which is standard) but sent scans of pictures of the X-rays that were too blurry for the new dentists to use. This caused me to delay ANOTHER treatment and I had to call this place again to finally have things done right, and they didn't even send all of the pictures. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end. I'd like to think that this was all due to simple incompetence, but it has bordered on feeling punitive for not coming back. I will never return to this place and advise anyone who is wondering what it's like to do the same. Do better.

I was a customer for 3 years. The last 3 times I made an appointment, they texted me to confirm twice before each appt which I did within a couple of hours of receiving the texts. Each time I got there for my appt, they told me I wasnt in the system. I was able to show them the texts and the confirmations and they had no reason why I wasn't in the system. Today they lost a customer with good dental insurance. My overall impression: very poorly managed office with policies that are not patient-centric.

Both my 2 and 5 yr old boys have been here for cleaning and for cavities and the doctor and staff are so amazing with kids, there's no way my kids would have sat through that procedure without the right encouragement! They are all amazing and I would definitely recommend to anyone with young kids!!

FIX YOUR SYSTEM.VALUE YOUR PATIENTS.UNPROFESSIONAL. 2017 waiting is still terible The only good hygienist who treated me,took good care of my dental and cleaning and offered greats facts and advice was AMY back in the day. 2018 Every time I come here the waiting time is just terrible , workers are good. Update 2022 I called to schedule a cleaning they can't seem to find my name in the system even when I been there patient for the past 11 years. They schedule me and I come in on that day to say that I wasn't scheduled in the system after I confirmed my appt via email. FIX YOUR SYSTEM.VALUE YOUR PATIENTS.UNPROFESSIONAL.

Took my daughter for her annual cleaning and they were amazing. My daughter gets very anxious but Niurka calmed her down with her warm and friendly greeting.

Horrible. Terrible. Doctor is rude. Said he evaluated my 5 year old and he didn't even look me in the eye or explain anything to me. DO NOT GO HERE. They should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed to work there. HORRIBLE

Made an appointment a month in advance. Show up they have moved my appointment without telling me. I received four phone calls. Which I was unable to answer because I was at work so that means I got four voicemails. But they told me because they didn't specifically speak to me that meant that I didn't want my appointment. But then they said that they could reschedule it and I said no because there was a reason why I selected that day that time. Very disappointed in this place do not recommend at all.

If I could give 0 stars to this office, I would! Completely unorganized and the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager more than once and was told that she was in a meeting. I walked into the office to ask to speak to a manager in which she looked at me and ignored me. My family and I have been patients in this office for 7 years and I can say from this day forward, I will never go back and I will make sure to let everyone that I know to avoid this place.

great place to bring the whole family for their dental care. They are great with the kids. The front desk staff was great too. I forgot to schedule one of my children and they got all of my children done on one visit.

I have to give this place a 1 star just because every time I go personally I have and issue with the front desk. The front desk needs to be better managed. Its either they are telling each other story's and joking around while your waiting on them for something, or your in the front desk just waiting for someone to decide they want to acknowledge you. Just today I had to cancel a visit because I had been there for 40min and when I complaint they front desk decided to comment how it wasn't 40 min instead 30min and decided not to do anything about it. WONT BE GOING BACK!!! its very ghetto and unprofessional. Once you get to the back they are more friendly and professional

This place is the most disorganized, useless location. It's as if noone talks to one another or gets reassurance before they just say something to a patient. Make an appointment to be reassured that everything will be taken care of. The day of the appointment the dentist comes in and says "oh no that's the dental surgeon you need to make another appointment". It's like a quick grab for insurance money...

Dentistry was satisfactory. There was one lady in the office who was rude to me today. She wasn't able to finalize the invoice and said manager will call tomorrow. I asked for a print out of treatment plan that they treated my son today. She refused to do it. Also, In Jan first week, when I showed up for my appointment I was told that Dentist didn't show up, and the person talking to me didn't even say sorry. The office staff needs some training on how to interact with clients.
