Wouldn't even give one star but the staff is horrible....I made an appt for my granddaughter and they literally called me and left a message for me to call back to confirm and the appt ...I call back and she magically disappeared from their system.

Past 3 times I came here for my appointment there was no dentist here. They did a cleaning and told me to come back another day to see the doctor. Dentist office with no dentists apparently

My name is Vuong Nguyen, DOB 09/05/1997. I just got an oral surgery around 2pm and the surgeon assistant told me she will send prescriptions to my local CVS located Belmon ave in Springfield. I just checked with them and CVS said there is nothing sent over. My bleeding didn't stop and I can't open my mouth, as soon as I opened my mouth blood will come out, please help!!!!

Doctor is very informative and good but the front staff is really destroying this facility reputation. Multiple times I've had to re schedule because they screw schedule up. I got a call to confirm my appointment for the next day which I questioned because I knew my appointment wasn't until another month but I still said yes and made arrangements at work to make it. When I get there I was told I had no appointment after I had confirmed. Then my next appointment was given to me for 8 am, I show up at 8 am and the place doesn't even open till 9! Horrible! Will be looking into another dental place !

I'm here waiting for an appointment for my children & we are still waiting. The crazy part is that I'm waiting here for an hour they change appointments without notifying you either. Appointments are made far out & they make you wait so long. I currently in their waiting room & looking up new dentist offices cuz I can't stand that they're alway running behind & over booking appointments.

I went to Holyoke location today at 11am because my permanent crown that they put in fell out and also to have xrays done because I'm in alot of pain on one side of my mouth. So I was seen by the dentist and at the end he said he would send an antibiotic to pharmacy. Well 1pm I go to pharmacy they said nothing is here for you so I try to call the dentist it takes almost an hour for someone to answer and the lady who answers says the Dentist is at lunch but she will take a note. 3:30 comes still nothing so I call the dentist again and lady says he is so busy taking care of a patient and she can't interupt but she has the note and she will call me back. 530 I try to call because no-one has called me and they close at 6 sure enough no answer. It is now 6pm they're closed !! I was your patient at 11am YOU SHOULD OF TOOK CARE OF ME BEFORE TAKEN ON MORE PATIENTS!! SO now I medicated myself with antibiotics my boyfriend got a few weeks ago . So now i have to find a new dentist because you people obviously don't care about your patients! I really liked going there when the other dentist I had worked there apparently he left and the whole place went to hell!

Spring 2020: make sure you confirm your appointment time. Mine was abruptly changed a whole 30 minutes later than the agreed upon time, with no notice or acknowledgment. "No it's always been that time." Update dec 2021: Again, I'm holding an appt card in my hands that says "4pm" for my son's cleaning. I could not locate it a couple weeks ago; so I called to confirm the time as I only knew the date. The receptionist told me "3:30pm" which I accepted because I didn't know where my card was. I found the card 5 mins later (the one that says "4pm"). Oh well, I'll show up for 3:30pm--My husband will just have to rush home to watch the baby. Then we receive a confirmation voicemail the day of the appointment (today) "Your appointment is at 3:20pm." Uhmmmm??? I'm very frustrated every time I have to deal with this office unfortunately. The dentists are phenomenal with my son but MAN whoever is scheduling these appointments... I'm not sure what to do, honestly. Maybe going to another office for consistency and dependability.

The worst office I have ever gone to. I've been dealing with this office for several weeks now and I have not had a single positive interaction. My son went to another location within the same dental group (Children and Family dentistry and braces) for routine cleaning and we were referred to the Holyoke location because we wanted to use the nitrous oxide for his first filling. Oh man. When we finally got the appointment, my kid went with their dad to the consult and I got a phone call during the visit because, despite their sister office booking the appointment, sending records and x-rays, and my ex explaining the reason for the visit, the Holyoke office was utterly clueless about my son's appointment. I had to explain multiple times he is not a new patient, he is established, all his records and x-rays had been sent. So they argue and say he's new, they don't know what I'm talking about, he needs a cleaning, and xrays (which he doesn't). I called the office we originally used and now they got involved. This one afternoon took well over an hour and more than 4 phone calls to Holyoke and 2 with Ludlow to sort out and ultimately Holyoke admitted they were wrong because they did have all the information, he was an established client who recent had x-rays and a cleaning, and we would need to rebook and have another visit for the consult. Y'all, this was for one, maybe two fillings. So they book us again but unfortunately, it was on a day the dentist wasn't even there so they book us a third time (for the same consult) and my son and his dad we told there were a couple of cavities and they would need to be filled. Finally, right? Nah. Three-ish weeks later, it's finally time for his filling. Followed all the instructions, I'd spoken with them numerous times, the whole shebang. Well, turns out, the doctor refuses to let anyone else back there with the child being sedated, just one parent. At no point during any of the previous 4+ phone calls did anyone mention that despite my other child being present the entire time. I completely understand the protocol and rationale, that is not my issue. The problem is, we absolutely should have been informed. Well, it doesn't even end here. So my son goes for his filling but wait! It's now an extraction! ....what?! So they changed the treatment plan, swear they said that at the last visit which my son, daughter, and their dad were present and all three of them agreed: it was supposed to be drilled and filled. Normally I'd believe the doctor but they literally screwed up at every. single. step. I'd already given the office the benefit of the doubt when they said they didn't receive the records or x-rays and they'd been wrong at least 3x up to this point. This was the first my son was told his tooth was being pulled. Super condescending staff that had no accountability whatsoever. Because his tooth was really bothering him and the previous dentists said an extraction could be possible, it wasn't super shocked by the need to pull it but rather, upset at the gaslighting by the doctor and office. The tooth was pulled and now my son has a deep gash and two 1in cuts on his lip now causing his lip to triple in size. They also somehow "found" 5 additional cavities that neither of his previous two dentists saw (we moved and switched so this is the third dentist in 6 months) and they want him to come back for 3-4 more visits. When they asked me to go make another appointment for him I took my kids and left. We will not be back. Even after this visit, just requesting a records release was a headache that went in circles, Me: "I need a records release mailed to my house so I can get his records" Office staff: "I can't send you that. You need to sign a records release first." Circles. There was not a single positive interaction with this office. The first thing I did when I got home from the visit was find my kids a new pediatric dentist. This is the WORST office I've had the misfortune to go to. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Utterly incompetent.

My girl friend has two front teeth cavities supposedly but she was a patient at another dentist and got examined with no cavity's long story short she's willing to do there fillings that are supposedly so urgent upon doctors request and the secretary's push her appointments back every chance they get then when she shows up a min late passed her late window they cancel her whole appointment on her so I had to go in and set things straight the customer service is terrible and ran by Spanish ladies that don't know what they are doing let alone good English .not a dentist I'd recommend
