Awful place. You schedule a regular hygiene appointment, then they tell you you have to make a 2nd appointment to actually get the cleaning done. What kind of scam is this? Hard working people have no time for even 1 appointment nvm 2 and then get charge double because you are visiting twice instead of once.

This place canceled my apt for braces because i declined to have surgery. MD States is mandatory or else i wont be seen. This is the first office that has denied my services. Other MDs has excepted my services and understanding.

I love this place everyone is friendly, to be honest I was scared at first because I don't like going to the dentist. Eddy ensure me that everything is going to be fine and he did my cleaning for me and I didn't even feel nothing. Trust me when you want to get your cleaning done go se EDDY you will thank me later

I honestly don't know how this place has such good reviews. The front desk is TERRIBLE. They are so disorganized. They schedule you for an appointment and then when you come in, you might not be on the schedule (happened to me 2 weeks ago). They call to cancel your appointment and won't tell you why. You try to reschedule and you have to talk to 4 different people only to be told the next available appointment is 3 months from now. Every person you talk to says something different. When you come in, be ready to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes EVERY TIME. All of this could be fixed if they were organized and communicated with each other. The dentists are fine. They will get the job done but they don't have time to answer questions. They come in, do what they have to do, then leave. The dental hygienists are nice. They're the ones that answer the questions and honestly make the place pleasant. This place is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. If you come here because you have MassHealth, just go to Brockton Neighborhood if you want the same amount of stress. Go anywhere else.

Please don't go to this place I went there very bad and they tell me that I have to pay 200 and I went for my surgery my price went up to 400 and the manager said for me to find that paper to send her email she will send me back my money she never did she never call me very unprofessional please stay way from this place bad costumer service.

1st impressions very nice over the phone. 1st appointment scheduled at 1020am it is now 1120am told that my appointment is at 11am what is the problem. Watching people come in and get service, I scheduled this 2 months out.

My daughter had a 3 pm appointment today about her braces. I get to this location and waited 22 minutes to go in the back to be seen. We get called to the back and go into this small dated and dirty waiting room. The dental assistance stated that my daughter can't be seen today and she asked for the previous Orthodontist's office to have my daughter's information transferred. I said you had me come to your office in 104 degrees temperature outside to tell me, we can't be seen today is .... This office could have saved me time and a trip to their office. BS I want to give zero stars

Constant rescheduling & double booking on their part. I've had a cavity and needed a crown replacement since January and it's now July and no work has been done. They reschedule so many months far out that it's not worth the wait. I'm not a dentist but cavities shouldn't be left untreated for so many months like this. They've rescheduled and re booked me so many times to the point where I just had to leave permanently and find another dentist to get my teeth fixed. If you need somewhere quick, this is definitely not the place for you. The dentists do good work, however your teeth will probably end up in worse condition waiting around for months for just to be seen.

I am very sad to say that my experience yesterday was difficult. I had called ahead on more than one occasion to verify my insurance was valid. And to ask of I needed a referral. I do not need a referral and my insurance is all set. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I was so happy to find Dr Paul at another practice. She is kind and patient and just a lovely person. I felt very comfortable with her. This is why I am so upset about the appointment yesterday. It turns out they do not accept my insurance. They wasted my time and theirs. Took unnecessary X rays and didn't even have the correct reason for my visit. Extremely disappointed with this business. This is so unorganized. Now I have to go find another dentist. I am so sad and disappointed with this staff.

The best dentist I have been to, they take the time to explain everything in details. The office itself seems very new and state of the art. Great staff all around, they're top notch and their hygienist is great with kids, I highly recommend this practice!

I have been going for years! Anjilah she is so gentle and caring. I use to be afraid of dentists...not anymore since going to this practice! They are all so professional! very good dentist i would recommend her to everyone

This place is excellent dentist. The Manager Angela took her time to explain every procedure (Covid-19 protocols) due to my language barriers, she's professional and has a naturally loving personality. I would recommend Dr. Paul to everyone especially for any complex work...
