As a new patient we were seen same day. My daughter has extreme sensory and anxiety issues as well as some bad dental experiences and trauma. This was explained to Jess the hygienist. She listened and made sure my daughter was comfortable and understood what was next. She checked with her frequently to make sure she was ok. Jess then explained the situation to the doctor who explained what was needed and came up with a plan that would deal with her issues but also get her the care she desperately needs. They made a plan and suggestions based on my daughters needs instead of the "normal" routine. We are beyond grateful for the care and courtesy we received today.

Brought both my children here my son who is 15 and my daughter that is 7 they were so patient with my 7 year old where she is autistic and has sensory issues. Definitely keeping this as our dentist 100% recommend!! JUST WISH THEIR ORTHODONTIST WAS COVERED UNDER OUR INSURANCE SO I DONT HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS

We chose this dentist after seeing this rating system but have been completely disappointed with them at every turn. From forcing early appointments forcing me to take my son out of school to making us go through extra useless appointments (so they can make more money) because they don't want to look at an xray ahead of time I took a vacation day for my son's minor surgery but, because they didn't review his xray was just told that we had to schedule a 3d scan before the do the surgery. If I didn't already pay thousands of dollars for the braces that they are continually needing to adjust I would ignore this rating system and go elsewhere immediately!

Unprofessional,, consistently rude and dismissive, the worst front desk/office staff I've ever dealt with amongst medical providers and worst of all dishonest. I've filed a complaint with the state licensing board because as they are well aware their behavior and practices have a direct long term negative impact on their patients health which is MALPRACTICE. I'd recommend this place TO ABSOLUTELY NO ONE!!

Do not recommend Orthodontist. At this location you can only see ortho on Mondays, can't really contact them other days of the week. They are always over booked, late to call you in for appointments, and you get threatening letters in the mail when you haven't been in "in a while", even if you have an appointment scheduled and have to schedule far out due to their busy schedule. The dentist herself was fine, but save yourself time and find someone who has time to take care of you.

Jess and Alysha were the best during my visit today. Even though I was running late, I was still able to be seen on a timely manner. My X-rays were done with great precision and patience by Alysha. Jess the hygienist did a wonderful job today and I could tell she really knew her stuff! Great service, place was clean, and following Covid protocols. The staff was friendly.

Brought my children here first for orthodontist and then regular dentist. My youngest has dental anxiety and they handle her anxiety so well and make her feel comfortable. I started going there as well and I need a lot of work done. They have been so patient and kind with me.

I went in for a root canal and got a temporary filling, the dentist and her assistant where so kind! I was really nervous and they did whatever it took to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable! As someone who has a fear of dentists due to a bad experience with one as a child , I would highly recommend this place!!

Questionable billing and scheduling practices, this location is recommended by MassHealth and they use that to take advantage of patients.

Extremely hard to get needed appointments for my child's braces needs etc. Not enough orthodontist working here. Only available SOME Mondays.
