Awesome staff of smiling professionals. They made sure I was comfortable when I walked with my son to the back. But more importantly they made sure my son was comfortable and at ease before the cleaning. They dentist sat with us afterwards and explained the results clearly as well as answered our questions. My son was nervous before coming in as most children are I guess but he quickly relaxed after being met with such a pleasant atmosphere. They exceeded expectations on all areas. Thank you!

Edit for 2022: I take back everything I said before. My kids have been going here for 5 years, every 6 months and the last year they have seriously done a nose dive. Appointments take FOREVER to complete, they're always cancelling appointments last minute, and rescheduling take 4 to 6 weeks. They hurt my daughter during her wisdom teeth removal AFTER we had our appt pushed back 2 hours. Do NOT take your children here. They do not care about children. We came here for the first time today and I was very impressed. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Dr. David is fantastic with kids and parents! I would highly recommend taking your children here. They also have awesome flavors for the teeth cleaning paste, my son was really excited to get watermelon. My 11 year old son said "yeah. I like him. He was really fun."

Emily and Valentina- hygienist with poor hygiene. Valentina coughs removes her masks and rubs her nose. Proceeds to put on gloves without washing hands. Emily was outwardly offended when I didn't want her assistance for my children bc of her unwashed greasy hair. I was offended that she had come to work on childrens mouths unclean. I noticed the Body builder speaking harshly to a young man (without his parent) she was looking all around the room and not her patients mouth while she was working on brushing his teeth. If you're able to be in with your child I recommend children and teen dental. It is set up nicely for children and the environment is fun for kids.

The staff at Children & Teen Dental really strive to make your dental experience pleasant. Heather is amazing!!! She is attentive, polite & very patient with my son at his appointments. Especially when she is cleaning his teeth & he moves around in the dental chair or complains about the light in his eyes. Heather is so reassuring, calm & interacts extremely well with children. She is very experienced & takes pride in what she does and it shows. We have been going to Children & Teen Dental for over 4 years at both the Suwanee & Hamilton Mill locations. They were highly recommended. A few years ago they visited my son's preschool & did a dental presentation about the importance of oral health. My son was so excited & told me all about Olaf. The children received toothbrush kits. Also Dr. Milan is great. She inquires about any dental concerns you may have regarding your visit. I appreciate the Prevident fluoride gel that she provided & the recommendation for the dental sealants for my son to help prevent cavities.

Your dental hygienist is scraping Madison's permanent retainer way too hard. I had to pay $80 to have it repaired a couple of months after her last cleaning. Then she did the same thing at this cleaning. They need to stop doing this as they are scraping away the adhesive that holds it in place. This has just happened this year.Previously we had no issues.

My child needed three rather "immediate appointments". One for the same day and the next two scheduled 3 weeks apart. Four days before the second appointment they called to say the office would be closed on the day of my scheduled appointment and the soonest available was in 6 weeks. I'm extremely disappointed in this practice. My children have been patients here for over two years and I was once very pleased with the kind and personal service. We are now just another number.

I love this place! When my daughter turned 11, she felt like she was too big to be going to the Childrens dentist she had gone to for a long time. We tried a few other dentists and just didn't care too much for them, until we found this place! Everyone is incredible! They are very informative, help you make the best decisions for your child! The last time we went in my daughter had to have two baby teeth pulled, I had her younger brothers with me so I wasn't able to go back, and they made he feel comfortable. She was nervous, someone held her hand the whole time, the dentist made sure she was comfortable the entire time. I could go on and on about how great this place is! I can not say enough wonderful things! LOVE IT!!!

My son has came children & teen dental since he was six months old he is 9 years old now and he is always excited to come. They have always been awesome.

Great experience. They have seating in each room for a parent, the office is painted with fun art work, and everyone was so nice and respectful. The dentist did an excellent job in listening to what I had to say and quickly addressing it for my youngest child. Very impressed.

Daughter had to have a filling. Dentist told daughter to "stop crying & lay back"...was rude & impatient. Pediatric dentistry is supposed to be kind. The hygienist is nice but the dentist...nope...rude. Daughter is officially terrified of the dentist now..even though we go consistently every 6 months since she was a toddler & never had a problem or fear... Thanks for that.

I took my daughter here as a first time patient since we moved and needed a closer dentistry. The staff was super friendly and super patient with my 3 year old. The wait time for the doctor to check for cavities was a little long, but the TV in the room kept my little girl occupied so I wasn't too concerned about that. Also, every kid gets a toy out of a gum ball machine at the end of their visit. Overall, great dentistry!

They are okay. They seem to have a hard time keeping employees. The hygienist they have seem to rush through the cleanings. Not very thorough, & it's almost like you have to pull info out of them about your kids teeth. I'm definitely looking to switch so we can receive more personable and consistent care. I want my kids to see a familiar face when they go to the dentist, not someone new every single time.

We made an initial appointment for my son and the soonest available was 2 months out. Took him today - we arrived 10 min early to complete any paperwork and waited to be seen. After an hour and several other patients walking in after us being seen, I asked the front desk how much longer the wait would be. The response was that she'd have to go check. Another 10-15 minutes passed with no response so I started to walk to the desk again - while walking up, another patient that had just arrived got called back and I ran out of patience. I motioned to the lady at the desk (the same one that told me she'd check on the wait time) that I was leaving and she responded "Have you not been seen yet?" - as if I hadn't just talked to her mere minutes ago about the long wait to be seen. I said no and we've waited an hour and a half, I'm done. To which they said okay and we left. Huge waste of time from appointment to going to the office. Avoid avoid avoid.
