Dr. Stevy Raju received his bachelors degree in biomedical sciences from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He went on to the University of Florida where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree GO GATORS! He not only excelled in a rigorous dental school curriculum, but added to his education with elective courses in implant, pediatric, and hospital dentistry. His passion for dentistry and caring for others assures his patients and their families receive the care and beautiful smiles they deserve. Dr. Stevy is proud to be back in the Lakeland area practicing his profession and taking care of his neighbors.
In his free time, you will find Dr. Stevy at home with his beautiful wife, Dayana, and their adventurous two-year-old son, Izaiah. He enjoys traveling, photography, and taking Izaiah to Chuck E. Cheese!
Dr. Mopelola Lola Adewunmi graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2003. Before this, she obtained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from OAU College of Dentistry. After her general practice residency at Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Dr. Adewunmi moved to England and pursued a Primary Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland which she received in 1997.
Dr Adewunmi worked in private practice before joining the Florida Department of Health in 2007 as Dental Director starting the first dental clinic in one of Floridas counties. She then moved with her family to Central Florida and continued to work with the Department of Health as Senior Dentist and Clinical Supervisor serving the community for several years. She completed an Executive Masters in Public Health from University of South Florida in 2009. Dr. Adewunmi has a passion for her profession and especially loves working with children. She has organized and participated in several dental outreaches and screenings for children over the years.
Dr. Adewunmi is married with three children, two boys and a girl. She coaches her churchs middle school Bible quiz team and she enjoys swimming, cooking, and interior decorating. She also loves travelling with her family, meeting people, and learning new cultures.
Dr. Zunith Martinez was born in Havana, Cuba. She comes from a family of doctors and she developed a passion to help others from a very young age. Dr. Martinezs mother is a pediatrician and her father is an internal medicine specialist. She initiated her studies in dentistry in Cuba where she distinctively graduated in 2000 from University of Havana Dental School. She then moved to the United States.
She decided to go back to school to validate her dental degree in the United States and received her doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2015. Dr. Martinez enjoys all branches of dentistry. However, her real passion is working with children. She attends several continuing education courses during the year focusing primarily on dentistry for children.

I loved the fact that they got my child in in an emergency. But it has gone downhill from there. Appointment after appointment has either been canceled or rescheduled. I live 2 hrs away and they failed to inform me my kid's appointment had been canceled (I assumed it was confirmed because I got a text the day before saying it was). I arrived an hr early for NO REASON with 3 irritated kids! I really tried loving this place, I really did. But it seems they don't need more patients since they double book appointments

My daughter (3 years old) came here yesterday for a really bad cavity! We came in as self pay and their rates were very reasonable! (despite a hiccup with being quoted incorrectly on the phone with the call center) She needed to have the tooth removed due to having an infection and they were so caring that they fit her into their schedule the same day to get the tooth extracted so that she wouldn't be at risk of the infection coming back after her antibiotics. They were so caring and sweet to her! They gave her a TON of balloons which she absolutely loved. They honestly have been amazing! Everywhere else I had called kept giving me the run around and or were booked out !

This was my daughter's first dental visit and I waited for almost 4 hours overall. It started off okay. We got in at 12:40(her appointment was at 1) signed it and sat down. We waited and waited and waited and waited. 2 hours later I finally got up and asked when my daughter was going to be called and the lady said my daughter had pretty much been overlooked. She canceled her 1pm appointment and scheduled her for 3:20(Mind you I went up at 2:40/45). 3:20 came around and still didn't get called, It wasn't until 3:45 they finally called us to the back. Took another 20 mins for her to be seen. Assistant came over literally brushed my daughters teeth like I do at home and told me she wanted the dentist to see her teeth. Waited another 20/30 Mins the Dr looked like he had just came out from eating, Sat down started speaking to my daughter in spanish as if she knew what he was saying. Had to open 2 different tool set because he said they were "Bad" and needed to be thrown away. He checked my daughter's teeth and said they were fine. Literally took him 2/3 mins to do what he did and sent us off. I WILL NOT be returning to this office. It's a joke ! Don't waste your time !

It's always a reschedule after waiting for months. I've decided that I'll just find another dentist for them this has gotten ridiculous after years of coming here. It's very aggravating after waiting since June of this year to get cancelled for another month. No thanks

I've never had a bad experience with a doctor here until today. I also never leave negative reviews because I know the impact they have on a business, but I really felt the need to share this one for any other parents and their little ones. Dr. San Pedro didn't inform me of what he planned to do, didn't explain anything, and didn't even introduce himself. I knew my daughter was experiencing sensitivity on one side and asked him what cavities they were filling today. His repose back to me was "I like to do a small one with a patient who's new to me" so I shared she has cavities that are bothering her and we were told she was going to have those two filled today. He then said to me "I'm only doing one today" so I said "we were told two would be done and she's in pain from them." His response was aggressive and unkind saying "We're short staffed and I don't have time. Would you not like me to perform treatment on the ONE I'm doing?" I know the frustrations of being short staffed and work in the medical field myself, but to lack in customer service when I've placed my trust in you to serve my daughter was really disappointing, especially when she's in pain. He left after treatment was complete with out saying a word to me or letting me know treatment moving forward. I've never had an experience with any doctor (not even the ones I work with each day) like this one. I love this place and their team but will never allow Dr. San Pedro to serve myself or my daughter again.

At the beginning I would of given this place a 5 star. But now it's a horrible office. The office staff are nice but the new doctor (a man) they have now, he's so rude, didn't explain to me what was wrong with my son's teeth. I had to tell him to explain which his rude assistant was the one doing all the talking. She was rude to one of my kids. Not sure if she was having a bad day but that's not my fault, she needs to learn to treat people nice.

When I saw the reviews I was very hopeful, my kid siblings had a very swollen cheek and was glad they made room today(8/26/22) to see him.. new patient and all We live around 2 hours away and drive here for the appointment which was at 2pm we got to the place around 1:46 pm They did not take us to the back room until 2:30 which was fine this is where it started to go bad Once they did his x-ray we sat down and waited for the doctor to come, two almost 3 hours later The doctor view patient that came in after me and then my sibling still in pain fell asleep waiting for The doctor... 4:40 PM came In the nurse told us to start waking him up, not even five minutes later than In the nurse told us to start waking him up, not even five minutes later the doctor and said for my little brother (7) to open his mouth Didn't even wait two minutes until the doctor said that he had other patients to see and that he had a long days of work Very unprofessional in my opinion, I am a nurse myself and you shouldnt treat a kid patient this way The nurses was very sweet and mentioned that he was in a bad mood, we left because of the way the doctor treated us, very unethical
