(Translated by Google) Bad experience, there is no parking, it is disorganized, there is no hygiene, and the stretchers are deteriorated, apart from that they take time to serve you, I will not return to this place. Took my two children to get extractions. I hope these dentists know that they're working with children it's literally titled children and teen Dental because it's ridiculous to tell these kids they should "stop crying it's over with" after they just got extractions. If you can't work with children then you need to look for a job somewhere else with just adults. Thank you to the dental assistant for being polite to me and my children. For the dentist humble yourself. Parents ask your children about their experience from the moment they are walked in to wait for the dentist and they leave the dental office.

If your child is special needs save yourself the trouble do not go here. My son has autism and I told them this they said we can accommodate and they did not and can not due to space. They have the cleaning chairs a person standing width apart. This office is for dental check ups only especially if the child needs any work done and won't take the "happy gas". I called bopp and tarver dentistry for children and they are so much better for a child with special needs the intake form has you put down everything they could potentially know about the child's quirks. A children and teens dental they didn't want to hear any of it and it resulted in my 2 yr old screaming and crying for like 20 minutes straight.

Horrible customer service... staff always seems to have a attitude they are never welcoming or friendly... my daughter went in for a filling and 4hrs later I'm still waiting no update no one said we're running behind they literally just have my child in the back waiting on treatment then had the nerve to tell me there's other patients but I've been sitting here for 4 hrs there is not one other parent here that was here when I arrived they all left and there's a whole new set of people here but I'm still here

This was such a great experience. I am a patient of greenberg dental and the service here is no where near how i'm treated at greenberg, it's so much better and what i look for in customer service. The women who viewed me Kaitelee was amazing, her service was amazing as well as the other dental people there, she was very nice you could see she has much care for her patients. I'm so disappointed that i'm a patient of greenberg there service there is horrible compared to here. i'm either constantly getting and attitude or rudeness for whatever reason. I definitely would suggest going here it'll be a great experience for you and your kid or kids! Thank you Katielee for a wonderful visit!

Extremely inconsiderate staff. Appointment was at 2, got there early. My child was done at 2:40. They couldn't complete her dental work so she needed a referral. That's fine. Waited 2 hours for them to give me the referral paper! I asked about it twice and then finally the third time I went up there I got told "Sorry, we called her name and you didn't come up". Really? I sat right next to the desk! No one called her name. We will not be back.

I understand businesses and offices can be busy but when an appointment time is at 8:40 and a child doesn't even get called to go back after 2 hours of waiting you have a severe issue of over scheduling.

They were amazing with my 2 year old son during his very first dental visit. They were quick and efficient. I love that they did everything they could to make him feel very comfortable!

Not that great, the waiting room was overflowing, no parking there. My 14 year old heard one of the girls (assistants) talking about getting high unacceptable in my opinion. They rushed and did a one minute prophy cleaning cause it was 5 o'clock. My son will not be eligible for another cleaning until 6 months so I don't feel it was done correctly. I'm not a fan of this place. Also, they do not do the work there they refer you out. It's basically a hygiene facility. I will say Dr was pleasing but other than that I will not return.

Children and teen dental is the best place I ever took my kids very clean very friendly. They do a good job cleaning my kids teeth and keeping it healthy and they also give balloons to the kids for to be happy and bag of toothbrush and to floss their teeth That's awesome. They are always worrying about your kids health making you feel like home and safe and the doctors are awesome my two lovely kids they been going there when they were little that's the best place I ever found thank you

First visit didn't go well as far as appointment. I called the day before I visited, I asked the scheduling department for earliest 8am availability which happened to be the after I called , she said we can get you in tomorrow at 8 am , I called Wednesday , showed up at 8 am , I went to sign in , there were 3 women at the desk , never said a word , I don't care if someone says hello good morning or afternoon , I don't get offended , however at a place off business like a dentist you could say , have a seat we get with you shortly , or ask for my id and insurance , me and my daughter sat there for 15 or 20 minutes before they called me to tell me my appointment was Wednesday at 10:45 am , which was the same day I called to make the appointment for the best day .I told them how is that possible to have an appointment the same day tlthat I called to schedule my daughter to be seen by a dentist , they told me that they had a 8 am available for Thursday , I asked twice to confirm it ,I also said that whoever made the appointment made an error not me I showed up when I should have, and I never received a email or text to confirm it , but I did get a text to fill out a questionnaire and other paperwork , which i signed and sent back to the office , it was their mistake but no one would say they made a mistake , and they said , well I can put you on the schedule , so I said ok ,which put me 1 hr behind schedule , mind you my daughter had to go to school after her appointment and I work night shift , 10 to 12 hrs, so I needed to go back home and sleep , so that was the reason I needed 8 am so she wouldn't be too late to school, we finished around 9:30 , which I feel we should have been out at least by 8:45 they wasted my time , because someone couldn't do their job and make an appointment at the correct time in their system , my experience was not a happy one . I wanted to must walk out but my daughter was a month behind on her cleaning ,.because of change in insurance . At my next visit , if I have any more issues I will find another dentist .

This is a great dentist office but the wait time to be seen is horrendous. Siting in the lobby for hours and appointments way after your kids appointment come right in and get called right back. And having to find specialist for other things is a headache because the office doesn't do it and they don't point you in the right direction of someone who does it, just a simple call your insurance and they'll give you a list of providers.

The dentist was extremely dismissive about my concern. He looked at my child's teeth from far away for less than 30 seconds. Then said he didn't know what caused the problem, nor provided any solution. The entire appointment lasted approximately one minute. He said our appointment was over, then the hygienist chimed in with "You're done hun". I felt dismissed and the way they spoke to me was disrespectful. There was an extreme lack in bedside manor as well as patient care. I spoke to the front desk about my appointment and they were able to have a different dentist squeeze me in. She and her hygienist were great. Validated my concern, answered my questions and even fixed the issue. After my experience with the first dentist I would not recommend coming here.

This place sucksssss sooooo bad!!! They are bribing their patients for good reviews. It is definitely not "5 star rated dentists on Google" like they claim to be. They are horrible when it comes to the phone. No one ever answers, so why even have a phone? Then when you're place on callback they hang up right away. Dont even get me started on parking spots which are always full and the worst part is when you have to park across at Walmart risking your life beacuse their isnt a crosswalk light. Just a heads up find a better dentist!!! Update!!! Called and still no answer why even say that when thats the first problem i have with this place

Wait times are horrible. The waiting room was hardly busy when we got there and then it filled up with like 45 kids in a period of 15-20 minutes. My daughter has dental anxiety and anxiety in general and the chairs in the back are all together there's no private rooms. She was very uncomfortable and it just was not a good fit for us. Honestly I wouldn't want to go somewhere where there's no private rooms because I wouldn't want everybody to see me getting dental work done if I have really bad anxiety. The staff at the reception desks were really nice I will say that but it's not enough to keep us going back. We had to reschedule to see the dentist because it took so long.
