Can't lie.... I was honestly a nervous wreak and cried 2 times before the surgery due my own past and fear from the dentist. WHEN I TELL YOU they took care of my baby they took care of him. When it was done his throat hurt a bit and ect but very minor to the point I didn't have to give him anything for pain. Very clean and professional there. Thank you Mr.Ellison and team for taking care of Hamil!!!! I hate they not a regular dentist office I would bring both of my boys.

This is my son's second time coming here and all of the staff is always polite, my son has autism, they are so professional when it comes to dealing with my son!. Keep up the good work :)

I hated how I didn't get to go in with my two year old daughter. Not only that but as soon as my daughter woke up they didn't let me get her immediately. I received my daughter with a swollen mouth swollen eyes and with a bloody nose. I had never seen my daughter so scared, she did not stop yelling until we got home. I will not recommend this place to anyone!

I was referred to Children 1st by another Dentist for services for my daughter. The dental assistant Raquel was very kind and helpful. She provided thorough info and a great consultation. Everyone was great and I was very pleased with the visit.

The staff was so very nice. The doctors and nurses were very friendly and reassuring to my 10 year old. He has always been frightened at the dentist but he left the appointment happy and not a tear.

From the front office staff to the back staff n doctors, Great and comforting experience for both my daughter and I. Usually my daughter can't handle any dental office setting but they were so easy with her Seen fast and Scheduling was easy. Definitely 5stars

My toddler had to get dental work done and be put under anesthesia due to him being uncooperative bc of his age. Everything from the consultation to the day of surgery was great. As a first time parents this was something scary to go through but the staff here really were understanding and so sweet. They answered all my questions and reassured me every step of the way. The procedure was quick and my child didn't have to go through any pain. Thank you for helping my child have a healthy smile.

As my wife has humbly reminded me, the staff and Dr's have always been good to our special needs son. I sure miss Gessner Rd. location, this one is on a very bard part of town if you aren't familiar with Houston's dangerous transient/homeless problems you will be when you visit here. Come to the neighborhood adequately prepared to and look past what you don't have to and you will find the office nice and clean.

Has a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and very informative. They take the time to explain and walk you through the procedure. I was nervous and they made me feel at ease. As a mom that's plus! Thank you children's 1st for all your help.

Had to bring my child here to have dental work done since he is on the spectrum. The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions and I was at ease as they explained what would follow. Warren really made me feel comfortable. Hard to find offices that are sensitive to my sons needs. Would definitely recommend this place!

5 stars all the way! From my very 1st visit to my final 3rd for the surgery. My 4yr old son is not cooperative at all when coming to the dentist. They were extremely informative from the very beginning of the appointment. On my 1st visit, they had to take xrays and he only allowed the assistant to take the upper anterior xray, which didn't really show them if he had cavities. Dr.Brown came in and did the consult. He was wonderful, very personable, and he gave me very good advice. Was very pleased with the consultation and how they would continue treatment. He was not available for August nor September, they scheduled me with Dr.Gober. the 2nd visit was to record a fail attempt since my son's insurance did not want to approve his anesthesia. They needed to record that my son was going to be uncooperative. Warren was awesome and very patient with my son. We left and they had the insurance approve the anesthesia for my son's dental surgery. At my 3rd visit, we arrived by 730am and were taken back within the hour to get started. My son was cranky because it was too early but Warren again was very patient with him. He was able to get my son's trust and took him back to the surgery room without my son kicking or screaming. They came shortly after to inform me what he needed to have done and had him done in less than 1 hour. Their communication is phenomenal. At the end when my son is done they sent me to the discharge side, they had him there for at least 30 minutes to wake up. The assistant Akenke was sweet and very informative. She explained in very great detail what I should expect after the procedure. Finally, they called 2x to check on my son. I feel so grateful for this office, they went above and beyond to take care of my son. Very pleased and highly recommend this office!!!!! If you plan on coming here, go ahead and feed your kids and make sure you have the day to waste because they do not respect your time or your appointment time. Also, be prepared for a hustle. They will insist on including unnecessary procedures and justify it by claiming they would be doing you a disservice by trusting the referring doctor's opinions. We will not be doing anymore business with them.
