They are the worst, they cancel and reschedule appointments constantly! Your appointment is never on time; if it's an 8a appointment be sure you will be seen close to 830a but if your late your turned away. NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT OR DOING! They are lucky I have to use a star cause it will be ZERO STARS FOR ME!!

I am a nervous person at a dental office but everyone put me at ease! Great customer service and 5 hours later no pain! That's a win!

Always running late...got out of work early to bring my children to an appt, and waited 45 min, from appt time to finally get so frustrated, walked out. Complete incompetence. Why bother making an appt? If we miss or cancel an appt, we can get charged, do they get charged if so late...nope.

When I go to the Chicopee office and I'm greeted by Nelly it's like a new experience every time. She is kind, sweet, and understanding to my need. I always look forward to seeing he when I go.
