Dr. Ledger is the ONLY oral surgeon anyone should go to in Chicago. I know that's a big statement so I will back it up. I came to Dr. Ledger having been referred by my equally amazing dentist Dr. Dow. I moved to Chicago in July 18 months into a a disastrous process that had started in Fl. I had a failed implant one that was intended to carry a double crown on teeth 10 and 11, which are the canine and the one next to it; a very prominent section of my mouth to say the least. 18 months with a very uncomfortable flipper and terrified that a second implant attempt would also fail. Until I met Dr. Ledger. His incredibly thorough process with impeccable attention to detail along with his completely STATE OF THE ART office and confident demeanor calmed me down immediately. He was certain that his implants would succeed and told me I needed 2 rather than 1 in order to have the best outcome. The day of the surgery was perfect in every way. Ensuring my comfort was paramount and because his implant procedure is so high tech, it was done in 45 minutes! The followup care was excellent! Not only did he call me that night, but when I had a concern (unfounded) a few days later, they were happy to make room to see me. And MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL my implants are rock solid. Ive had a fantastic outcome with Dr Ledger. He is truly an incredible oral surgeon!!

Dr. Ledger and his staff did an amazing job performing my wisdom teeth removal surgery under IV sedation. I never woke up or felt any pain during the surgery. I received a follow-up call from Dr. Ledger in the evening on the day of the surgery to check in on how things went. This was definitely much appreciated. I have to give credit to Dr. Nikhil Patel at Dentologie South Loop for recommending Dr. Ledger. I would highly recommend Chicago Oral Surgery and Implant Center!

I had a great experience! I needed to get my wisdom teeth extracted and I was extremely nervous about it but Dr. Ledger and his staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I even received a phone call from him personally a few hours after the surgery to see how I was doing. I highly recommend!

I found Dr Ledger through a relative, who is also an oral surgeon, which already reassured me that I was in the best hands. This was by far, the best experience I've ever had. I was very nervous at first because I have endured a traumatic experience from previous offices to remove a few of my wisdom teeth. My appointment was at 830am and by 9am, I was already on my way back home. Quick and easy, with absolutely no discomfort. Dr Ledger is a master of his craft. Highly recommend!

Chicago oral surgery and implant office took such great care of my daughter. They were so organized and her wisdom teeth removal procedure went off without a hitch! Would recommend this office/doctor to all. Dr Ledger called later in the day after my daughter's procedure to check on her. A+

had a very positive experience!! I got all four wisdom teeth out and I was extremely nervous however the team made me feel comfortable and answered my questions every step of the way. the only thing I feel is missing from the experience is a follow up appointment post op. otherwise the experience I had with the consultation and the actual procedure was flawless.

Chicago Oral Surgery and Implant is excellent in every way. It is easy to schedule an appointment and the staff are friendly and professional. The offices are immaculate. The doctors are right on time and there is little to no wait. Dr. Ledger is an excellent oral surgeon who explains every procedure in detail and reviews x-rays with the patient. He follows up with personal phone calls to the patient after extractions. Dr. Ledger has a great touch and there is almost no pain. I recommend Dr. Ledger and staff without any reservation.

(Translated by Google) The first appointment was good, they explained the whole procedure that Ivan had to extract a tooth on the day of the surgery, they made the appointment for us at 7:30, it was 8, and they were barely arriving when they did the surgery on my 10-year-old daughter. they anesthetized and immediately when the procedure was over they got her up and took her to another room and they told me that I couldn't take her on my own they didn't wait for her to go away they centered her in a chair my daughter felt really bad and she kind of lay down and The nurse told me not to put her to bed because it was going to be difficult for her to leave here and my daughter couldn't stand up. I was sitting as best I could. I had to put her to bed until another nurse came and helped me. (Original) La primer cita estubo bien le explicaron todo el procedimiento q le Ivan a extraer una muela el dia de la cirujia nos pusieron la cita a las 7:30 eran las 8 y apenas estaban llegando cuando le hicieron la cirujia a mi hija de 10 anos la anestesiaron y inmediatamente cuando termino el procedimiento la levantaron y llevaron a otro cuarto y me dijeron q yo solita no me la podia llevar no esperaron a que se le pasara la centraron en un silla mi hija se sentia mal muy mal y medio se recosto y la enfermera me dijo q no la a acostar por nos va a costar q ella se vaya de aqui y hija no podia estar parada me is sentada como pude la tuve q acostar hasta q llego otra enfermera y me ayudo

After having to go to multiple dentists/oral surgeons to get one small wisdom teeth removed I was very pleased with my experience at Chicago Oral Surgery & Implant. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for my extraction and I couldn't believe how quick and easy the procedure was. Highly recommend coming here!

APRIL 2022 and I'm back to see Dr. Ledger to get a molar pulled that is beyond saving after the 25-year old filling cracked. My review is the same as it was 3 years ago -- painless except for the 5 seconds of novocaine shots and it was over in less than 1/2 hour. Everything was healed in a week with only a little throbbing the first day. If you need oral surgery, this is the place to go.
