Terrible experience. I had a lot of work done here while living in the Twin Cities area for grad school. Three years later, I have had EVERY SINGLE filling fixed--one of which will need a crown now. I do NOT recommend going here! Response to their response. I indeed continued to have checkups every 6 months. I chose to continue my dental work elsewhere after one of the fillings literally fell apart within the first 6 months. After having it fixed I have had zero issues. I'm a non-smoker, no alcohol--very healthy person. There is absolutely no reason why the fillings should have had to be redone.

Dr. Ali burned me today (my gums) with hot water from the tool while cleaning. And my first appointment he drilled into my gums by mistake and it hurt so bad because my gums wasn't numb enough and I felt it bad. Both times he hurt me and I jumped, scared and nervous for the remainder of the treatments. I tried to stay with this office but I can't. He hurt me twice while being serviced there. I've never posted anything mean about any business before, but this office just seems so impersonal and cold. Maybe it's just me I don't know. I'm just really disappointed in the service here and I'm hurt, physically and emotionally.

Best Dental ever I've been in Doctor Ali and his professional staff. They did their job in an awesome way. I was in a lot of pain and Fortunately I went to this clinic, they checked everything and gave me the best option plan for treating my teeth They were very friendly. I Love Chicago and Lake Family Dental, I have been a patient there for 23 years my whole family was at one point, when my old dentist retired I thought oh boy I have to find a new dentist, but once I gave Dr. Ali Barbarawi a try after recommendation from my old dentist I Love this place even more, the staff is great, friendly and caring about how you feel with your mouth and it's a plus cause the entire office is brand new see you guys on my next visit. I was looking for a new dental clinic and I lucked out coming across Chicago Lake Family Dental. The people working the front desk are always so courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. As for the hygienists and dentists, they are amazing. Both professional and kind, and always with great advice. You will be taken care of here. If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would!

This dentist is highly skilled and he has a good team of assistants. He explained everything that was happening with my teeth in easy to understand language and allowed me to make the final decisions with my care. I highly recommend!!!!! They speak spanish!!
