Doctors Hirant and Nihal Bicakci have been involved in dentistry for more than 20 years and practicing more than 15 years. They both received their Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Strong believers in continuing education, Drs. Nihal and Hirant Bicakci both completed their post-graduate dental program, a three-year specialty program in Advanced Prosthodontics and Implantology Surgical and Prosthetic Treatment at UIC College of Dentistry. Dr. Nihal Bicakci has taught at UIC as a Clinical Instructor at the Restorative Department of UIC College of Dentistry. She has presented at the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontic Meeting. Dr. Bicakci is also one of the reviewers for Journal of Prosthodontics. Dr. Nihal Bicakci believes in sharing and she has travelled to The Gambia, West Africa in December 2017 to provide dental services for people who are in need. Drs Nihal and Hirant Bicakci have been active members of American College of Prosthodontics and American Prosthodontics Society. They have been recently elected as members of American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics and joined several continuing education meetings and conferences in Prosthodontics, Digital Dentistry, Dental Implantology nationwide and worldwide. Drs. Nihal and Hirant have been married for 19 years. They have been living in Chicago for more than 17 years with their two young children, a dog and a cat. During their spare time and kids school breaks they enjoy spending time with their family and travel other US cities and the world.

I highly recommend the whole team at Chicago Dental Solutions! They are all very friendly and professional. Dr. Nihal Bicakci did a great job on my cavities, and her husband took my wisdom teeth out almost painlessly. Vivien at the reception is also amazing and she was very helpful in scheduling me for all the procedures. 10/10

I stumbled on the rain and fell on the concrete during a visit to Chicago. I broke my front tooth which broke my heart. I will be forever grateful to Chicago Dental Solution on Michigan Ave in the Water Mark Tower where I was "fixed." From the capable and kind receptionist Vivien who managed my appointment, to the final "re-building" of my tooth by Dr. Nihal and her assistant, a disaster turned into a miracle. Dr. Nihal even put ice packs on my bruised face to minimize my discomfort and swelling. Vivien kindly assured my daughters I would be okay. The care, the delivery of service, the outcome of the restoration was exceptional.

I have been a patient of Nihal for about five years now. She has helped me with various problems over the years and always effectively. She is straight forward, a straight shooter, and I trust her. (She is not the kind of dentist who will tell you you have cavities when you don't or that you need expensive procedures that you don't actually need.). The staff is pleasant, and the receptionist Vivien is personable, competent, and a delight!

I've been coming to this office for a few years now, and always feel comfortable and relaxed when I go. Dr. Bicakci and her staff have all been quite wonderful over the years. Everyone from the Vivien at the front desk, Christine and the other hygienists, as well as the dentists themselves are all very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to dentistry. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!

If you're anything like me, then going to a dentist you know and trust is important. I experienced a painful situation where one of my wisdom tooth pretty much cracked, causing searing pain. I called my dentist and they were not able to see me for at least 3 days. I then found Chicago Dental Design and they were so kind and educational about my situation. Vivien was truly a great asset in getting me to calm down and the Doctors were phenomenal in the education and operation of the wisdom tooth extraction. I would highly recommend them if you need a dental extraction or just need to get a teeth cleaning! Thanks for making a super stressful situation better.

There are no words in the English dictionary that can help me express how amazing Dr. Niahal is at her job. She is the first dentist that I have ever met that was meant to be in the role. She is very honest and transparent. She is also a perfectionist, which I highly admire. I had been wanting to get veneers for a while now, but wasn't sure if I'd move forward with doing so. Then, late last year I got engaged (yay) and the idea once again sparked my memory - I needed perfect teeth for my perfect day. I made the appointment and I couldn't of been happier. Dr. Nihal explained the whole process to me throughout. Even when I had my mocks put it, she put so much attention to detail and made sure I was happy with everything. I finally have my actual veneers and I can't stop smiling - I may have to find a Dr. Nihal that specializes in botox because I'm starting to get wrinkles from too much smiling!! She's the best and will not go to a different dentist while I'm living in Chicago! P.S. The front desk ladies at the Lincoln location are the sweetest. They always make me feel welcomed :)

The service was Amazing! I was a few minutes late for my appointment and they did not rush me at all, and still managed to let me out on time. Lissa was at the front desk and she helped me with all of my questions and concerns. I had a teeth cleaning done here. The hygienist was very careful with all the procedures. It was truly great! My teeth felt so clean afterwards and i did not get hurt, nor was I sensitive afterwards. The dentist came in after everything was done to give me her recommendations and she was very nice and attentive , as the whole staff. From the reception to the dentist, the service was top of the line. I will be coming back again. They only accept PPO plan though. If you're in the area this is worth your time and your buck! Check them out .

I have been referred to a Prosthodontist and came to see Dr. Nihal Bicakci. She has been very informative, friendly and professional. You can tell that she is highly trained, and experienced. At my first visit she took pictures, transferred to computer right when I was in the chair and explained all my options. I am very pleased with the results. The porcelain crowns that she replaced look exactly like my natural teeth. I am glad that I did not have to do crowns or veneers for all of my front teeth. She only replaced the ones that were not fitting well. I also scheduled a cleaning with their hygienist, Christine. She was also very thorough, and gentle. I am very happy with both Dr. Nihal and Christine.

I had my first appointment at Chicago Dental Design in October 2017. Dr. Ciullo and her team provided excellent care and made the trip to the dentist enjoyable. Their Michigan office is immaculate, up-to-date with the latest technology, and the views of downtown Chicago are tough to beat. I had a wonderful experience and my teeth have never looked so clean!
