Dr. Bouchelion was and is nothing short of amazing. His bedside manor, professional demeanor and the time he spends with parents/patients to ensure that they are comfortable and fully informed. We were never rushed. Less than 3 hours after surgery Dr. Bouchelion called himself to check on both my son and daughter. All of his staff from front desk, assistants and nurses were so kind and organized. If our family ever needed treatment in the future this would be my only choice. Thank you so very much for all you do!

I am a single mom who has been experiencing extreme pain for impacted wisdom teeth I already had a dentist and had x-rays done and was referred to an office he was also unable to see me. After that I called several places for weeks and finally found this place I asked them specifically multiple times if they took payment plans which they said they did so I immediately made an appointment and was going to pay out-of-pocket. After my appointment when we were going over the payment plan they then told me I had to pay the full total 3,600$ the only way they could help me was dividing the payments in half as a courtesy to me even though I asked multiple times throughout the call and you guys said you took payments. You just charged me $250 to tell me about a surgery that I will be unable to come back for because I do not have the money for that upfront. I am completely shocked that you would charge someone when it was your mistake and I will not be coming back there Nor would I ever refer a person there

It is important to know that this place doesn't take medical insurance and it will be costly to most. I believe its also important for their staff to explain that over the phone while they are entering potential appointments. I wouldn't have taken off of work and came in if I knew they only accepted dental insurance and not medical.

Both our twin boys had their wisdom teeth out here at Chicago Dental Implants and Oral Surgery. Both extraction went smoothly. With oral surgery it's never fun! But the staff and Dr. Tandon were exactly what we needed. The nurse explained all the after surgery care perfectly. The evening after surgery, Dr. Tandon called us from his personal Mobile phone and told us we could call or text him with any questions. Which we did a few days later (on a Saturday) when I got nervous because one of my sons was still in a lot of pain. I texted him and he immediately called me back. He set my mind at ease and the next day my son started feeling better. Dr. Tandon continued to check in with us until my son was 100% better. We really appreciated the care and understanding we received at Chicago Dental Implants and oral Surgery!

I went in to get all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. The receptionists were very rude and dismissive. They give you a quote and tell you to pay this outrageous amount and if your insurance covers something that you already paid for they will reimburse you. On the day of my surgery they tell me that actually the original quote that I was given was wrong because they forgot to include some things. If it wasn't for Dr. Bouchelion I would have went to a different oral surgeon. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything that needed to be done.

I have dental anxiety. I decided to pull my tooth and prep for an implant. I loved that they went right along with my plan. Very kind and professional. Helped resolve some of my anxiety coming here as I had already had 1 bad experience trying to get this resolved at a different place.

Took my husband here for an emergency surgical extraction for 3 impacted wisdom teeth. They were fully booked but told us to come in anyway. Dr Bouchelion gave my husband pain meds and antibiotics and we were able to schedule surgery for the next morning. All the staff we dealt with were very kind and explained everything thoroughly like insurance and post op instructions. Dr Bouchelion also came in to talk about the surgery and make sure we understood instructions. Can't say enough good things about this place. My husband was in excruciating pain and they helped him immediately. It is a frightening experience for someone that has never had surgery before and they took very good care of my husband. Definitely will recommend to everyone.
