I'm completely recommending Dr Guyer. He did a very good job he was the best, he took out 4 of my wisdom teeth and I was perfectly fine after a few hours. I recommend him 100%! His assistants Ana, Martha and Carina were very good as well. They explained everything good to me about the procedure. They made me feel good about it and not scared.

Dr. Guyer and his staff were awesome. During the consultation all options for my extraction were explained. Aside from the needle to numb my gums, the procedure was painless and quick. I highly recommend

Receptionists were unkind and impatient. I had a question about my insurance and the receptionist never made eye contact and was very short with me. Apparently, they are in network with my dental insurance but wanted to bill my health insurance company which they are out of network. Very frustrating experience.

Went in for a consultation for oral surgery. I have used this place in the past many years ago ( I do love Dr. B) so I came back. I am self pay and all Places offer a discount. She looked at my records and saw that I had in fact been there it was probably nine years ago. At that point I was having financial difficulties as I had gotten laid , off single mom , cancer survivor. I had some late payments and I went to collections there , however I absolutely positively paid every penny off I never don't pay my bills. The fact that I had been in collections many years ago was thrown in my face. She spoke where everyone in the office could hear. She refused to give the standard 20% discount for uninsured ( that EVERY dentists offers)!and said we will only give 10% because YOU went to collections. I said I can pay cash now. She said no. Felt like I was treated like a criminal. Found another surgeon.

Dr. Guyer was so polite, patient and informative. His "bedside manner" was excellent. I am glad that I found him to do my oral surgery. Additionally, the staff was welcoming (especially Donna).

I would not recommend going here. I was sent here by my dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed. When I was there for my consultation, they took a panoramic of my teeth to verify what condition my wisdom teeth were in. In my mind, this was standard procedure. After seeing the results of my panoramic, Dr. Rahul Tandon recommended that I get a cat scan that same consultation (day). The Dr. thought that the sacs my wisdom teeth were in could be cancerous witch I believe was to be a lie. This was a complete waste of time and MONEY! He looked at the cat scan for all of 10 seconds and was like they should be fine, but we will still send them to a lab to be tested. I believe this was done to raise the cost of my consultation and surgery. For me to have 2 "Impacted" and 2 non-impacted teeth removed estimated to cost upwards of ~$6,500 (~2,000 out of pocket). They also would not release my medical record unless I paid $500. After discussing this with my dentist, they even thought that this was ridiculous. I ended up going to Dr. Desai in Frankfort and had an AMAZING experience, and I ended paying around $300 out of pocket total! Overall, would not recommend this place. The only thing nice I can say was the staff was nice talking to you. They also did have a nice facility, but I did not trust them to do the surgery at all.

I got my last wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Guyer yesterday and it was amazing.! Both Dr. Guyer and Ana, the dental assistant, made sure I was comfortable. I got numbed and my tooth was out in less than 20mins.! It literally took 60 seconds for him to pull it out! Ana explained the post op care to me again as she walked me then called to check on me today. I had a really great experience with this office. I only wish I had my other wisdom extracted here. Definitely recommend this office 1000%. Keep up the excellent work.

Deceptive practices. Went in a few years ago for a FREE consultation for boyfriend, which as witness was agreed before the consultation happened, which afterwards got a bill for $147 with absolutely no dental work completed and just found out now it is in collections with credit. Very deceptive people, would not recommend doing business with.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Guyer and it was a very easy process. I was in and out in 20 minutes and had minimal pain. I was basically good as new by day 4.

Went to see Dr. Tandon for consultation for all four of my wisdom teeth. I was very nervous, but Dr. Tandon was very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He completely put me at ease and reassured me that my safety was his top priority. I was very worried because I had been told that my case was more complicated than usual. On the day of the surgery, I was very anxious and nervous so Dr. Tandon personally walked me back to the surgical suite. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. After getting the IV in, Dr. Tandon continued to reassure me that everything would work out fine (I was a complete nervous wreck). He then administered the anesthesia, and I didn't feel a single thing! The remainder of the surgery went very smoothly, and its been over 4 days and I really feel great. Due to the complexity of my case, I was worried that I would still be in pain, but thanks to Dr. Tandon, I really don't feel any pain at all. I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Tandon or his staff again, and I would highly recommend him. Thank you to Dr. Tandon and his staff!
