Horrible experience and non helpful staff. I was charged over 25 times the cost that it should have been. Deposit was $565 after insurance paid I should have only actually paid $25. I have received nothing but the run around for refund. STAY AWAY, not worth the issues not to mention my whole face was bruised.

I recently visited Chicago Dental Implants & Oral Surgery with Dr. Guyer and his staff at the Joliet office. Everyone there was cordial, courteous, and compassionate. The five star rating doesn't come close to describing my personal experience with Dr. Guyer and his crew. Everything went perfectly and professionally, and while my experience may have been exceptional, it was certainly no accident. They are the best, and I highly recommend their office and Dr. Guyer to anyone and everyone.

Awesome job by Dr. Guyer! I was totally pain free the same day as well as today. There is no swelling or soreness. I am still on the antibiotics and warm salt water today. I will be returning to work tomorrow. I may not like my front tooth missing but not having excruciating pain to go with is a plus. Thanks, Dr. Guyer! David Williams

Caring surgeons and dental assistants and office staff are friendly. I started seeing Dr. Korompilas in Orland over 20 years ago for TMJ. My family and friends now see the specialists at this practice. The location on Infantry is new to us but has more space than the Essington Road location.

Post wisdom teeth removal was not pleasant but that was to be expected. Staff was nice, and all phone communications were respectful and simple. Dr. Tandon was very thorough and consistent with my after surgery care. He was very easy to reach with any questions or concerns regarding healing and care.

Daughter needed wisdom teeth removed. Started with a consult with Dr. Bouchelion, got her in for extraction within 2 weeks in the Joliet office. Very thorough with their instructions for care, followed up to see how she was doing and to reiterate the care instructions. All went very smoothly!

My 87 year old mother in law, Lucy Eungard, had surgery March 23rd to remove a decayed tooth. Lucy was treated with the upmost care and respect from her doctor and his staff. Due to her nervousness her blood pressure was very high, they delayed her surgery until it was under control. The surgery went well and before Lucy was allowed to leave, they took a great deal of time assuring her the procedure went well and thoroughly went over a detailed list of instructions with her. She would definitely go back if more oral surgery was required. Thank you for taking such good care of our feisty mom!

Not only did my daughter WAKE UP during the procedure (wisdom teeth), they are now nickel and diming me to death. Beware Delta Dental PPO subscribers - not much is covered! They'll tell you your in the plan, but not what's covered. $994 out of pocket later, they still want more money.

Do not go here!! I went in to have my sons wisdom teeth removed in 2018. We had a car accident in 2014, and they talked me into removing one of the other teeth that was damaged. Louis N. Korompilas told me repeatedly that he was so sympathetic about our sons situation, and he would take care of our family. On the day of the surgery they required a 3,000 dollar upfront payment. We felt very uneasy, but they assured us that after everything went through with the insurance they would mail us a check for our out of pocket overpayment. They first billed our BCBS PPO, and I asked for our overpayment back. They informed me that it turned out that they forgot to add some things and were going to send another bill (months after the surgery). They ended up billing my insurance more than the original quote. I had to beg for my overpayment back. It was short quite a bit, but i was informed by Chicago Dental billing that I was lucky to get what i got. BCBS audited the surgery in December of 2020, and informed them that they had overpaid Chicago Dental. Chicago Dental (which contrary to Blue Cross policies) sent us another bill to try and recover the overpayment Blue Cross paid. Now they are charging me service fees while I try to deal with my insurance and find out why they are charging me for the error (which they still owe me 937.36). They are sending me a bill for 503.88. They are a horrible company. They are great sales people but that is all. They made us feel like they were going to take care of us, and all they have done is continue to dig in our pockets. They are rude to us, they are rude to Blue Cross people attempting to correct them. Breaks my heart that they have put our family through so much added stress and pain after promising to take care of us. Please go somewhere/ anywhere else...
