Dr. B was fine, but the staff was short and rude. The front staff have the "oh well" attitude. I can't believe the doctors do not care about the initial treatment the patients receive when the receptionist, scheduler are the first person you have contact with.

I was referred here. Shame on my dentist for this referral. I was sent for only an x-ray my dental office could not do. They saw me for literally 3 minutes to take the x-ray & say everything is OK. Then proceeded to charge me for a full dental exam therefore denying me the ability to have a regular cleaning at my actual office - well since I didn't know this, I ended up having to pay for the next exam myself. Should have been charged for the x-rays only, not a complete dental exam. I expect a dental exam to be everything, check for cavities, etc - which they knew was done a week earlier by my dentist. Plus they never even sent the xrays over to my dentist! Wow! Shame on me for not reading these reviews ahead of time.

Don't go there!! They told me that I needed to provide my insurance information upon consultation to allow time for them to contact insurance company for coverage. I waited 2 weeks, as advised before scheduling appt for procedure. On the day of my procedure, they told me I was all set with insurance. Several weeks later, I received the entire bill. My insurance coverage was denied because they did not get prior authorization. I contacted them several times for resolution and NOTHING. BEWARE! Hope this helps for future clients.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I ONLY went because I was in so much pain I couldn't get in anywhere else. They claimed I had an infection and needed to sedate me to pull a tooth which I have never been sedated in my life for a pulled tooth. I told them I didn't want an implant and they did a bone graft which you DO NOT need unless you are getting an implant!!! They charged me $2300 to pull my tooth and made me pay $715 up front. Their charges are absolutely ridiculous and they lie to get more money out of you. When I went back for follow up I was told I never had an infection. Oh and best part I pulled fragments out of my mouth twice on my own!! Pieces of tooth still left in there that came to the surface 2 weeks later. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They should be sued not in business!

This place is a joke. From the receptionist to the dentist. They pulled a tooth when the one next to it was the problem. They dismissed my numerous concerns and prescribed me uneccessary medication. The dentist never even referred me to anyone else after I returned several times in severe pain. On top of that they didn't accept my insurance even though they promised they did. Don't go here!
