Dr. Mba was kind and gentle with my daughter that needed a lot of work on her teeth. She immediately put us all at ease, explained everything clearly, and help us come up with a plan. We appreciated her warm bedside manner and humor.

Thank you Dr. Chi, 5-Stars for you and your staff! You have nerves of steel and a heart of gold. You kept me calm and talked me threw the whole tooth extraction. You were patient with me and willing to explain my concerns and fears away. You made me feel like we were a TEAM. During the worst parts you hummed a lovely tune and I found comfort in your voice, calmness and poise. Thank you, you EARNED MY FIVE STARS!!!

Im the type of guy that either throws 1 star (steer clear), or 5 stars (you gotta check this place out). This is definitely a 5 star experience for me. I hate the dentist to be completely honest with you guys... But this place is helping me change my opinion on the matter. They are professional, courteous, and technology savvy to say the least. If your in the Missouri City area and you need work done on your teeth... Trust me... Go see Dr. Chi and the team. Thank me later.

Went in for a root canal and Dr. Chi was so patient and kind. She kept making sure I was okay and the staff were very helpful. I was in and out very quickly, definitely 10/10.

I am very glad to have found this place for several reasons. 1st, my older brother who's under my care has a disability and was adamant about going to the dentist. I was finally able to convince him and promised him it's just for cleaning...no injections, no extractions, no drills. The front office gave me a call prior to his first day to better understand his condition. The staff was well prepared to receive him and was very gentle and welcoming. They explained his treatment plan and did his cleaning the first day. My brother left the clinic smiling, happy and agreed to go back the following week. Another reason is that they accepted his HMO insurance. I've called several clinics trying to find him a good dentist, but none of them accepted HMO until I called Chi Family Dental. It's so hard to find a practice that accepts his insurance and at the same time, provide excellent care. It's such a blessing to have found this place. Our 3rd appointment is next week, and my brother is still happy to come in and work to get his smile back. Thank you Chi Family Dental!

Not happy . crown started aching after 3 years finally fell off two days ago. had to go to oral surgeon which rolled out not a TMJ issues as the Chi dentist was claiming .then had to go back to my original dentist to redo their work. aside from they dont match your tooth color too. Plus they overcharged me. By the way , just finished with my quarterly cleaning today with my original dentist and reports NO cavities. I hope this second crown they also did in 2018 wont start acting out.Never ever again with this CHI dental. 5/24/2022 "redo" might not be the correct word (am sorry) but my original dentist is recently working on resolving the pain on that particular tooth after the crown fell off 4 days ago. its just so frustrating i was still having toothache after the deep cleaning last March plus was caught off guard with the charges at the counter...felt that it needed more assessment/explanation as to what really was causing the toothache at that time. Lastly , I'd rather be informed first about probable payments before the service .Pain is a sign that something is going on. Sorry but I was not comfortable anymore going back to them after the " NO tmj" diagnosis. My apologies for my bad review with CHI dental but thats how I felt. my pain was not thoroughly assessed. I just continued taking mild otc meds at home occasionally which helped me for months until last week when the same tooth started acting out again scale of 8 out of 10 and thought massaging the will reduce the pain somehow when finally the crown fell up last May 20. Today am under the care of Perio and Endo dontics . Am on antibiotics now as well as pain relievers. I have moved on from this issue already. Not my intention to ruin anyone's business but am entitle to my true feeling/opinion.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Totally recommend coming here. Front desk are really nice they explained everything I needed went over prices and what my insurance covers. The assistants are really nice and helpful. Got to meet Dr. Chi Dr.Rand and Dr. P and they where really nice and professional. Dr. Chi did my crowns and it looked great it matches with the rest of my teeth and I love the fact that it's ready the same day. Dr. Rand did my fillings and they looks so good can't even tell they are there. Dr. P saw my sister since she is little she had to be under oral sedation to get treatment done everything went out smooth they went over everything that was going to happen, what to expect for them to be under the medicine and post op instructions of how to take care of her while she is under the sedation and while she is numb.

I'm so happy to have found a great dentist near my home. I appreciate that Dr. Chi is thorough and initially recommended a deep clean for my teeth. I have a history of having sensitive teeth after cleaning/ procedures but no pain after any of my visits with Dr. Chi!

Dr. Chi and her staff are all very kind and professional. The office atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Being in network with my dental coverage is a huge plus for us. We have more dental work so we'll definitely return. We recommend this business.

Everyone is friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me so that I could understand what the plan is. Office is clean and parking was easy. Highly recommend.
