Our dental clinic serves the Fountain community, as well as Southern Colorado Springs, Cheyenne Mountain, Fort Carson, and Broadmoor. Our office offers many general and cosmetic dental services. In addition to cleanings and fillings, we can provide you with porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, clear aligners and Invisalign, and even dental implants to replace lost teeth. We are members of the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and EDC and attend local events to support local businesses. We also partner with Fort Carson High School, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and the YMCA. We are proud to offer modern dentistry for our military and local community members, including those serving our closest base with their families, Fort Carson Army Base.

Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

As some of you may know, being a military spouse we are so busy in life we put our needs and self care last. My husband recently retired after 20 yrs of service. We have one more final move out of state and thought I could wait to start taking care of my much neglected self care but my one tooth had other plans. On a recent vacation it decided to break. At first my insurance chose a specific place for me which by a blessing no longer takes my insurance coverage. I went through the list and found the most FANTASTIC office of amazing people and dental MD EVER.. The appointment made from first call to crown procedure was the hands down the best customer service and care ever. Never once made me feel embarrassed. Dr. Pfeifer and is whole team are top notch!!! I lost a old crown on my front tooth, literally my worst nightmare. Not only did he get me in fast but he made me 2 brand new permanent crowns in 3 hours. His assistant, Michelle Reynolds, is a true professional and artist. It required a custom shade which she did by hand and included anatomy that my other teeth had to make them match perfectly. I was in dentistry for over 15 years and my teeth are by far the most natural set of fake teeth I have ever seen, I wish I could include a picture here for you to see for yourself. They were all very kind, gental and simply a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend this office!!!

Very professional staff and the costs and fees are very up front. Every charge was verified before the procedure was done and the expenses are very reasonable. This isn't an expensive office but the atmosphere and staff don't reflect that. Best dentist I've ever been to in terms of pricing and quality of experience.
