Rasetto Office Manager Flavia Rasetto is originally from Baltimore, MD, grew up in Rosario, Argentina then returned to Baltimore, MDin 1995 after graduating as a Pharmacist fromUniversidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina- Pharmacy School. Flavia worked as Pharmacy Technician, Staff Pharmacist and Clinical Transplant Pharmacist at University of Maryland for more than 20 years,1996 thru 2015.During that time she also taught pharmacy students and residents. She enjoyed working withpatients one on one in the hospital and at the clinics. Flavia joined our practice in November 2016 to persue another passion, business managment in a healthcare setting. Flavia is a proud mother of two wonderful children, Kiara and Gianni. Flavia enjoys listening to music, walking, being outdoors, and most of all, spending timewith her family and friends.

Lynn Linck Dental Hygienist Lynn Linck has been a Dental Hygienist since 1979 and graduated cum laude from Allegany College of Maryland. She is licensed to practice in both Maryland andthe District of Columbia, including administering local anesthetics. She has been in continuous practice since graduation. She is a native Washingtonian and graduated from Richard Montgomery HS in Rockville, MD. She has been married to Kevin since 1979 and resides in Montgomery Village, MD. They have 2 grown sons and 6 grandchildren. She has always enjoyed helping her patients achieve and maintain their oral health. She loves the increasing options that Dentistry can offer them today. Her favorite pastimes are gardening, going to the beach, and dinner and wine with her girlfriends!

She is a native Washingtonian and graduated from Richard Montgomery HS in Rockville, MD. She has been married to Kevin since 1979 and resides in Montgomery Village, MD. They have 2 grown sons and 6 grandchildren.

Edgar Eslava Dental Assistant Edgar Eslava has been working as a Certified Dental Assistant since 2008. Edgar is originally from Peru, where he graduated as a Dentist from University of St. Martin of Porras in Lima, Peru. He moved to Washington, DC area in 2008. Edgar has also worked as a dental lab technician since then. He joined our office in February of 2015. Edgar is married to his wonderful wife Claudia since 2007 and resides in Springfield, VA with their beautiful girls Veronika and Valeska. Edgar enjoys helping patients and working closely with the doctors to provide the best dentistry can offer. His favorite pastime is soccer, tennis, watching movies with his daughter and enjoying time with his family.

Edgar is originally from Peru, where he graduated as a Dentist from University of St. Martin of Porras in Lima, Peru. He moved to Washington, DC area in 2008. Edgar has also worked as a dental lab technician since then. He joined our office in February of 2015.

Mercedes Mogrovejo Dental Assistant Mercedes Mogrovejo is originally from Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She completed her studies as a Dentist at UNAH (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras). Mercedes came to the United Statesin 1996. She completed English proficiency classes at Montgomery County College. Mercedes is a certified Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions and has completedX-ray certification. She has worked as a Dental assistant and Patient coordinator for the past 15 years. Mercedes is married to Juan Alberto from Lima, Peru and has three daughters Nicole, Natalie,and Mercy.

Paola Bartolini Front Desk Administrator Paola Bartolini is originally from Piura, Peru. She completed her studies as a Dentist at UPCH (Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia) Paola came to the United Statesin 2003. She is a certified Dental Assistant and has completedX-Ray certification. Paola has worked as a Dental assistant and patient coordinator for the past 13 years and has been with Dr Rasetto since 2007. Paola is married to Sam from Lima, Peru and has two children, Sebastian and Samantha.

He was an Assistant Director of Post graduate Prosthodontics, at the University of Maryland, Dental School, from 2000 to 2006. During that period Dr. Rasetto helped mentor many residents as a full time Clinical Assistant Professor, while maintaining an intramural faculty practice in Prosthodontics and restorative dentistry.

Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, active member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, the American Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration, Maryland State Dental Association.

When Dr. Rasetto is not in his office providing dental care to his patients, he enjoys exercise, soccer, drawing, traveling and enjoying time with his wonderful wife Flavia, and his children Gianni and Kiara.

Dr. Daulat is a native of Maryland, born in Silver Spring. Throughout his childhood he had ambitions of being a dentist and pursued this in college by volunteering at a local dental laboratory fabricating dentures.

Dr. Daulat attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1998. During his time there he developed a passion for prosthetics and restoring a patients function and self-esteem, receiving clinical awards for his work.

Dr. Daulat was fortunate to be involved with externship programs that allowed him to travel to Navajo Reservations in Arizona to fabricate dentures and to Vietnam to treat children, further feeding his love of prosthetics.

In 3 1/2 hours I had a brand-new crown constructed right on the spot. Dr. Rasetto and Luis couldn't have been more helpful.

His knowledge and experience allows him to provide the best option for his patients; a professional you can trust. The entire staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable - and the hygienist is amazing! I'm already starting to floss more regularly thanks to the way she talked me into it. :-) The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because my wife has been asking for Dr. Daulut's team to send a written report for an analysis that we need for an insurance report and it cost us over $700 to pay for his evaluation out of our own pocket. I'll add a 5th star if he ever gets around to sending this report but it's already been 6 months of waiting!

Staff and doctors are always pleasant and competent; the office takes extra precautionary measures against Covid. I was also scheduled for a complete set of x-rays. Since I have a small mouth, I wasn't looking forward to having all 18 x-rays done. I frequently gag when the films are placed in my mouth. The technician told me about a machine they have that would take a 3-D picture of my mouth, jaw, etc. that would take less than a minute and require no films to be inserted into my mouth. Although a bit more expensive than the x-rays, I chose this method and was extremely thankful! In addition, it will provide information on my TMJ! Thank you!!!

Very impressive state of the art office and everyone was so nice! Paola scaled and polished my teeth-painlessly. Dr. Rosatta took time to go over all the details of my treatment plan. I look forward to having all my family's dental needs taken care of by this team and recommending them to my friends and colleagues too!

Dr. Rasetto and his staff are professional and genuinely caring. Dr Rasetto kept me informed the entire process , concerned about my welfare , room temperature , pain management or if I needed to take a few moments to regroup. I have been to many dentists over the years , by far, Dr Rasetto and his staff provide exemplary dental care . I was thrilled with my outcome .
