Very nice and friendly staff. I'm terrible at remembering names, the hygienist is awesome. She never stabs my gums the way some have in the past at other offices. I've been going here 2 full years now, so at least 4 visits for cleanings. I've not had any work done by Dr. Brose, but she is very thorough and pleasant.

After having an issue with my original dentist, I went to Chestnut Hill with tooth pain and TMJ issues. Everyone there was SO nice! The woman at the front desk was so sweet and personable, the dental assistant was awesome, and the dentist was so kind and thorough. I really felt taken care of. They were so thorough in their explanations for why they were doing something and what the next steps would be. They were also upfront about costs that insurance may not cover. I hate the dentist, but I truly felt comfortable and in good hands at this place!!

I have high anxiety around dental visits and the staff here were sensitive and kind and made it much easier than it has been for me in the past. I highly recommend this practice.

It's a pleasure to go to my appointments, my hygienist is awesome and the doctors have all been wonderful, this evening Dr was ever so helpful!

Honestly, worst experience I've ever had at a dentist and I stopped the appointment halfway through and left. The XRays were painful with the machine having sharp parts that felt like they were cutting the inside of my mouth. I then waited 45 minutes for the dentist who I'm guessing was the only one and with another patient. He came in after and I noticed he didn't wash his hands. He then begins to degrade my teeth which are honestly not that bad. He misdiagnosed a gum recession caused by a piercing that another dentist already addressed but this man had such confidence he was correct. He then goes to put his still unwashed hands in my mouth. I stop him. I then ask for clarification of what we're doing and he said they're just running tests today and I'll have to schedule my cleaning for another time if I qualify for a cleaning. I put an end to it. Confirmed they will transfer the XRays and left. The woman that checked me in was very friendly though.

Couldn't be happier with my experience! Dr. Zack and entire staff are amazing. They made me feel so comfortable from my first visit. Terrified of dentists my entire life but not here. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

I went there just for the cleaning appointment with Chestnut Hills Dental, Mccandless. The dental hygienist Leslie was so professional and detail oriented. Her thoroughness was impressive. Kudos to chestnut hills dental for having wonderful staff. The dentist Dr. Monsman, he gave me his suggestions after examining my teeth and X-rays. His confidence impressed me and gave me so much comfort that immediately I scheduled for future appointments with Dr. Monsman. The manager was so prompt with my requests and I felt so welcomed in that place. Last but not the least, the receptionist at the window Sarah was exceptionally polite and patient. Thanks Sarah for answering all my questions patiently and scheduling me and my husband to the most suitable timings for us. Kudos again for having a wonder group of staff. Thank you all once again Rajeswari Sundararaman
