The receptionists and office manager are condescending and very frustrating. Dr. Rice is a butcher in my opinion. He hurt me very badly and I was in pain for days. They keep billing me for services that are already paid for. The other dentists may be ok but Dr. Rice put me through allot of unnecessary pain. Just give patients more Novocain.

The staff and dentist are all very personable and kind. It was a very good experience when you consider that going to the dentist is not on anyone's list of favorite place to go.

Call and made the appointment and they made sure they accepted my medical coverage. Only to drive across town to find out that they do not accept my dental insurance. Not happy and disappointed!

You would be far better off to just use an ice skate like Tom Hanks did in Cast Away than to go to Chestnut Hills. Their staff is the most uncaring staff I have ever experienced in health care. My mom is blind and a one of the girls working there refused to help her, like my mom is blind blind, she can't see anything at all, but this person said to me 'it's not in her chart so I'm not going to help her' like it's crystal clear that my mother is blind, yet when it came time to collect the bill man they were all about helping her find her checkbook... Seriously they could do so much better... And it gets worse. So after two bad experiences, my mom still wanted to go back, she's scared of the dentist and she liked the actual dentist... So she scheduled an appointment earlier this week, we walked in and they looked at us like we had two heads and four arms when we expected them to be expecting us... They blamed it on their call center in Michigan or wherever it is, tried to blame my mom for making an appointment at the wrong office as there is one in Westmont and one in Richland. I was sitting beside my mom when she made the appointment, with her phone on speaker, that's how we do that, so I can write down when the appointment is. But we were wrong... So, I'm not one that's afraid to assert myself, and if I have to assert myself loudly, I will, and I will use the bad words if I feel that it will convey my point more effectively. So I did, I told them what I thought of their horrible bedside manner, and asked for my mom's dental records, and their response wasn't an effort to make us happy in any way shape or form, they just gave me the records and offered to hold the door open for me so they could get me out of the office as fast as they possibly could... I cannot recommend this dental practice to anyone that cares about how they are treated for very expensive services.

Love the service and staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Had an issue and they fit me me before I left for vacation. If your looking for a new dental office, you won't be sorry for choosing Chestnut Hills Dental.

The dentist and her assistant were very professional and kind. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but they made it relaxing. Soft jazz music was playing in the back ground, I had the cool rays on to protect my eyes. All I was missing was my Pina Colada and the ocean waves which my imagination was handling. The checkout went smooth and Tarah was very proficient at explaining everything. I've been to many dental offices but never received such thorough discharge instructions. The entire staff I interacted with were very pleasant and kind
