My whole family goes here. They are kind and patient if you have some anxiety about going to the dentist as an adult and can go with the flow with your toddler too!

The Dentist was great. The dental assistant was not unfortunately. First she did not provide suction after the numbing gel. I swallowed some and it numbed my throat. I got up and got a cup to spit into so that I would not swallow more.. then she squirted water in my mouth with out a heads up and it went down the wrong pipe. Then she did not provide me with the opportunity to use the suction to get rid of my excess saliva (when they tell you to close your lips around the suction). In addition she banged the light used to cure the filling against my front teeth when withdrawing it. Lastly it seemed odd to me that she asked the Dr. To pass her to pass 3 different items that she needed. It made me think she might be unprepared. She was aware of all of these and did not utter a single word. An "I'm sorry", would have gone a long way. I am not looking to get anyone fired. What I want to do is make you aware, if you are not already, how this assistant is perceived by a patient. She needs coaching. I have been going to this office since I moved to the area. Every doctor, hygienist, and dental assistant has been great, with this one exception. Respectfully, Chuck Zdrojowy

Took my daughter as a new patient the other day. Overall great experience. Staff was friendly and professional from front office/reception to the dentist and hygienist. They were patient and accommodating to my daughter's special needs. Two things that really stood out to me were that the new patient paperwork had a field to list a preferred name. Her name is Alexandria but she goes by Ally. I have seen this at others providers offices and they still always call her by her full name or some other shortened version like Alex, but everyone that met her that day called her Ally from the first introduction. This seems minor, but shows they pay attention and cared enough to make it point to use her preference from the start. Second, she has sensitive gums, so the hygienist applied a bit of topical anesthetic before cleaning her teeth so she would be more comfortable. No other dentist we've been to has ever done that or even asked/offered.

Friendly greet, knowledgeable service. Dr. went into depth of services needed and suggestions of services that should come later. Wish I remembered his name to give him a proper shout out.

Everyone at the practice are very friendly. They made my son feel very comfortable during his cleaning. Also no waiting and they stick to your appointment time. Highly recommend this practice.

They scheduled my wife for 11:00 today. But when we get there the office is closed without notice. We call and they reschedule it in the afternoon, but again when we got there, no show. We end up driving there twice in vain. Terrible experience.

I've been going to this office for years. It's like a revolving door of dentists - I feel like I never see the same dentist more than once or twice before they're gone. Do not go here if you want consistency in your dentist. The quality of the work varies drastically, and they don't do a good job compared to other dentists with being upfront & transparent about costs and insurance coverage. They only provide an estimate of insurance coverage instead of verifying the coverage, then you can get hit with a surprise bill if insurance doesn't actually cover what they estimated.

Everyone In this practice is outstanding and very very polite. Doctors are very knowledgeable, and explain things in way you can understand. They also use the latest technology for performing x-rays and it's very effective.

Don't go here. We were new customers and they didn't call insurance to check on coverage! They will lie and give you a cost sheet or say you're covered but never verify it with insurance. So it ends up being much more out of the customers pocket. Their explanation is "they don't have enough time to do it"! I've always been to a dentist who cares about customer service and verifies coverage. This lack of customer service cost me $300. Save yourself money and go to a more trustworthy dentist. I also had the same experience as the other reviewer. They told me right away I would go to collections if I don't pay on the spot. Terrible way of treating customers! They lost a family of 4.

Dental work is good but the billing practicing is terrible. First we were told it was going to be $500 for dentures and that would cover the temps and permanents. Then when we went to get the permanents we were told that only covered the temporaries so it'll be $700 to 750 more. After we paid that the next time we came in for the dentures we were told that only covered half of the mouth and that we owed another $700. Triple check your billing get it in writing. *****NEW 6/14/21 ***** I was contacted by the billing department and they have refunded the $700 that was charged to us from the last visit.
