I've never ever had a provider that was this friendly, informative, gentle etc. He even left me a voice mail with his contact in case something came up. I am deathly afraid of the dentist so it's a show everytime I go lol. He made sure I was comfortable, gave me a blanket and made sure I felt safe. I cannot say enough about him. My go to now!

When we got here for my boyfriends surgery, I had went inside with him to make sure he didn't need anything from me or need help with anything before he went back to see the surgeon. I understand that with COVID being around still that they don't want anyone in the waiting room, I completely understand. But when the receptionist comes up to you, tells you to rudely get out and wait outside in the cold and shoves you out the door, I don't think that's what is considered good customer service at all. I wouldn't advise anyone to come here just from that, unless you like being treated like you aren't a human. I would've given this place a 0 star rating if I was allowed.

I can't say enough good things about this place, Dr. Brown, the receptionist or the hygienist. My husband woke up at 2am in severe pain from his wisdom teeth which landed him in the ER. I called 4 oral surgeons that very same day, prior to calling Dr. Browns office, and none of them could see him that day. However, when I called chesterfield oral surgery and explained the situation they didn't hesitate to get him on the schedule for a same day appointment, during their lunch hour. Dr. Brown managed to get my husband in and remove all four wisdom teeth within 12 hours of his ER visit. The cost was very affordable at $650 and we were able to finance it through their care credit option. Not to mention the receptionist even came out to my vehicle for me to take care of the paperwork and payment, as I had my grumpy infant in the car with me at the time. My husband and I are so grateful for the wonderful, friendly and professional staff at chesterfield oral surgery and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys for everything!! My husband is doing much better thanks to you all!!

Dr. Brown is wonderful. Attentive, and he knows what he's doing. It's a shame his administrative staff makes it difficult. After my surgery, they charged me over double the amount I was told before the surgery was done. I've had to pester them just to be sent an itemized bill. Once I finally received said bill, I noticed I've been double charged. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.

Hello everyone, I had 3 teeth extracted, I have health and dental insurance first of all when you walk into this establishment please get a statement. don't believe the staff when they tell you that they don't know what your insurance will pay. contact your insurance first to find out what they will pay on the dentist service quote. this business will try to get you to obtain a care credit card so that they can get their money and care credit will extend the payments out 6 months same as cash. be careful. be advised also that they will need at least a 300.00 dollar down payment to get you in the chair. also on their bill their finance charge is 1.5 percent each month that you have a balance. so in hindsight don't get the care credit ensure that you have some decent money available and see what can be worked out. whatever is discussed GET IT IN WRITING!!! Because the term they said doesn't stand up in a court of law. Reason for 2 stars doctor work was excellent and his communication was spot on. Also if you are being harrassed Please put in a complaint with your insurance carrier so that they are aware of what's going on at this practice.

This office quoted me at $600 out of pocket after insurance to remove my wisdom teeth, then billed double the amount. I disputed it in writing, then 4 years later (this fall), they sued me for the remaining balance, even though they admitted that they never billed me again after I disputed their claim. The office clerk admitted in court that she scratched out my "final payment" note in the memo, and the judge said that unless you write "final payment" on the back of the check, the person you wrote it to is not required to honor it. Do not go to this office without a written EOB.

I had a dental emergency and Dr. Brown's staff was able to work me in that day where other dental offices were trying to schedule me 4 days out. I have nothing but the best to say about the staff, their COVID precautions, and the dental work of Dr. Brown himself. Absolutely exceptional dental office, and will be my go to for any future dental needs. Absolutely stellar.

Money hungry! That's all they care about is your money. This practice needs to be SHUTDOWN after all these years. Wish I knew how to pursue & had the funds to file a lawsuit. Insurance fraud!!!!
