Jonathan W. Silva, DDS is no stranger to the dental world. During his youth, he spent countless hours working and volunteering at his fathers practice, Dr. Herbert Silva, who practiced as a dentist in the West County area for over 40 years.

Dr. Silva graduated from the University of Southern California Dental School in Los Angeles, CA, and was the recipient of the Academy of Osseointegration Outstanding Dental Student in Implant Dentistry. In 2014, Dr. Silva decided to purchase his own practice from his friend and associate Dr. Michael Lorenz.

He takes pride in running an independently owned practice, meaning that he does not need to answer to dental corporations, shareholders, or venture capitalists. Dr. Silva answers directly to his patients to provide a personalized dental care experience.

An avid lacrosse player growing up, Dr. Silva now coaches boys high school varsity lacrosse as well as a local select travel lacrosse club team. When not on the lacrosse field, he can be found spending time with his family, working on his house, or playing recreational ice hockey with other local professionals and cheering on the St. Louis Blues.

Ever since I was three years old I knew I wanted to work in the dental field. I was drawn to both the technical and precise work it takes as well as seeing patients and making a positive impact in their lives. I love making people smile and feel at ease in a setting that could otherwise be stressful. I love learning new things and challenging myself to improve every day. After graduating from Ozarks Technical Community College in 2021, I found myself looking for an office that felt like a family, cared for their patients, and would help me grow and learn as a dental assistant and I believe CFD is the perfect office for that!

I'm Audra, I was born in Portland Oregon. I moved all around Oregon and California until 2003 when my family moved to Kirksville Missouri. I was seventeen. I moved to Saint Louis in 2008 and started my life here. Upon graduation from Allied college in Fenton in 2010, I joined the dental industry. I chose this profession because I knew that I would always have a job. What I didn't know was how much I would love it. Being part of a team that helps people achieve their best oral health is very rewarding. This is my first year at Chesterfield Family Dentistry. When I started, I kept feeling like someone was going to pinch me and wake me up, because this office is amazing. I live in South County with my husband Joe, my step daughter Livy and my puppy Fifi Fanny Pants. I love traveling, and Im constantly planning my next trip and plotting to get myself to the beach. I love cooking - it is how I express myself creatively. I use recipes for reference, but I don't follow them. I mostly just go off of taste and smell. My signature dishes are lasagna and chicken meatloaf.

What does Ashley love most about working at Chesterfield Family Dentistry? The relationships! Especially meeting new people and hearing their stories, she says. The personal relationships she builds with patients not only allows her to deliver better, more individualized care but also allows her to grow as a person. In turn, she becomes better at her job and better at helping her patients feel comfortable and happy with their smiles.

My name is Tatiana and I was born in Los Angeles, California. I moved to Nicaragua when I was 6 years old. I was trained as a Dentist there, but moved back to the states in order to get my US dental license. Ive always been very passionate about dentistry and I am so excited to continue learning at Chesterfield Family Dentistry as a Dental Assistant with Doctor Silva as a mentor. I live in Webster Groves with my roommate Cose and my cat Luna. When out of the office, you will find me hanging out with my friends, trying new restaurants and traveling.

The educational aspect of dentistry is what drew Lysney to the field and is the reason our patients love to talk to her about prevention. She 's full of useful tips and tricks and will likely teach you something you didn 't know. To Lysney it is important to always 'contribute more than you criticize,' which is why she is always looking out for our patients ' best interests and seeking ways to better their lives both inside and outside of our practice doors.

Kyleen knows how much of an impact having a healthy, beautiful smile can have on ones happiness and overall well-being. She now gets to see those changes in her patients as she helps them improve their smile and their confidence each day. Before working for Chesterfield Family Dentistry, Kyleen was a personal assistant and has always been drawn to helping others. Our patients know that Kyleen is always looking out for their best interests.

A former Dental Assistant turned office guru, Lindas extensive knowledge of the dental industry is a valuable asset to our patients. She was originally drawn to the field because she wanted to care for people. Linda explains, I wanted to bring a beautiful smile to patients faces. Over the years, Linda has built an extensive network of patient relationships while working at the Chesterfield family practice. She is now using her knowledge to focus on dental insurance.

In addition to the goodie bags our hygienists hand out, Robyns patients often ask for something else: a hug. Friendly and upbeat, Robyn has never met a stranger. Her favorite thing about working in dentistry is the patients! After working in a dental office as a teenager, Robyn states she, fell in love with it. Dentistry is in Robyns bloodher two sisters also worked in the field.

Her dream would be for Yadi Molina to join the Chesterfield Family Dentistry team in the office season and post-retirement (Were keeping our fingers crossed too! One of Robyns many talents is that she is a professional hugger!

Having spent well over half of her life in the dental industry, Erin is a self-proclaimed dental nerd. At 15, she started working in a dental office in her hometown, then moved to St. Louis in 2003 where she managed day to day operations and front desk for a Clayton practice. After receiving a B.A. in Communications, Erin went into dental sales where where worked for multiple companies selling dental products and equipment and eventually managed a team of sales people across North America.

One day, she met Dr. Silva, and he immediately asked that she come work for him. She teased him that he could never afford her. Soon, they start of their lives together, and several years and two children later, she left the sales industry to join the practice full-time.

Erin and Dr. Silva live in Chesterfield with their two children Elizabeth and William. When she is not at the office or chasing her kids, Erin enjoys scuba diving, snow skiing, cooking, being outdoors and spending time with her extended family.

Education: BS in Communications Lindenwood Fun Facts: Erin used to own and ride a Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle. She has 7 brothers and sisters ranging in age from 24 to 72! Her guilty pleasure is watching the Bachelor and Bachelorette.

As someone whose always been passionate about helping others, being involved in healthcare was a perfect fit for Brianna. The draw to a dental office, in particular, came from the love of customer service and knowing the impact helping someone in the dental field can have. Brianna loves helping patients feel welcome and assisting in their dental and health transformations. She hopes to expand her role in the dental office and to continue to learn as much as possible to be able to do more in the realm of helping patients.

What are your favorite things to do? Volunteer work, watching her little one dance ballet, singing the car, watching Star Trek, and going to a Cardinals game. What was your most interesting job? A ballroom dance instructor What drew you to dentistry? Some people notice a persons eyes when they first meet, for Brianna its: Always, always, always the chompers, well the teeth. They (teeth) are an important aspect of anyone and everyones face. It makes all the difference in a persons appearance and confidence! in her opinion.
