At Chesterfield Dentist, we provide clear braces throughout the Chester area. Straight teeth are important for your overall oral health. When teeth are crooked, they can become stained and infected more easily. By straightening teeth, we can improve your appearance and decrease the risk of getting cavities at the same time. We can also address issues that you may have with your jaw by aligning your bite. Clear braces are truly a comprehensive way and discreet way to address oral health concerns.

We understand that while many people want to have straighter teeth, many teens and adults are uncomfortable with the traditional metal braces on their teeth for more than one year. While they are not as discreet as people wish, metal braces are an effective tool for straightening teeth. The procedure works by placing a metal bracket onto the surface of each tooth and running a wire through those brackets. It is impossible not to notice when someone is wearing traditional metal braces. While the treatment works, it can also negatively impact a persons' appearance while doing so. This has led many people to seek out a better option, one that we provide.

At Chesterfield Dentist, we offer clear alternatives for adults and teens the greater Chester area. We can straighten teeth and move them into the perfect position so the patient has a beautiful and radiant straight smile. If you have crooked teeth, unsightly gaps between your teeth or a misaligned bite, then we can help to correct these issues and more. Clear braces work just as effectively as metal braces but with some major improvements. Clear braces are much more difficult to notice, making them ideal for busy professionals, teens and those that do not want to negatively impact their current appearance during the process.

There are several types of clear and barely visible options to choose. One operates similarly to traditional metal braces where we place a bracket onto each tooth and thread a wire between the brackets. The difference is that instead of being made out of metal, the brackets for clear braces consists of a tooth-colored resin that blends in with the natural tooth. The wire is also tooth-colored so that the braces themselves are almost invisible and difficult to see. We find that this solution works well for teens and adults that are able to practice proper dental hygiene with the clear braces. Otherwise, food can stain the brackets. This solution is an excellent alternative to traditional braces and is just as effective at addressing all oral health concerns.

Clear braces also come in the form of aligners. Clear aligners look like a full retainer that surrounds the teeth and are worn on the upper and lower teeth. Aligners are more convenient to wear than metal braces since patients can remove them when necessary. One of the major concerns that people have with wearing braces is that they do not come off until the treatment is complete. If, for example, you get braces then decide to get married, you will either have braces in your wedding pictures or need to pay to remove them and reinstall them after. Simultaneously, if you have a big presentation at work and want to impress a client, your braces cannot come off for the meeting. This leaves many adults apprehensive about committing to a two-year treatment plan. We understand that appearance is important for more than vanity. It impacts your ability to create a professional image and retain your own self-image. As a Chester provider of clear braces and aligners, we make it so that you do not have to compromise your appearance or lifestyle while straightening teeth; aligners are a key component of that.

We treat both teens and adults and understand that both can benefit from similar treatment options. While children may not be able to wear clear braces, teens can wear clear braces if they take proper care of them. The main difference between clear braces for teens and adult braces, is that teens may need to use their aligners for a longer period of time. With such a busy schedule, we expect teens to remove their aligners more frequently to do things like play sports.

In recent years, wearing clear braces has become a more common way to treat misaligned teeth. Traditional metal braces are no longer the only way to correct these and other orthodontic issues. There are advantages to using clear alternatives, so you should talk to your dentist about whether this method makes the most sense. People

Clear braces provide a more discreet way to straighten teeth than metal braces. Clear braces are very similar to conventional metal braces, but instead of being made up of metal wires and brackets, tooth-colored brackets and transparent wires are used instead. As a result, the patient gets a fixed appliance that is hardly visible in their

For those who may be self-conscious about misaligned or crooked teeth, the Invisalign gradual aligner tray system can be a good alternative to wearing braces. The aligners work well for people who do not want to wear the more obvious metal braces or who want the flexibility to remove them for brief periods. Learning more

A lot of people have begun to consider Invisalign as a method for straightening their teeth. The benefits that come along with Invisalign have grown in success and they can provide a person with straighter teeth through a discreet and simple method. While dentists offices have always offered traditional braces as a method of treatment, many

I avoided the dentist for too long (probably 8+ years) after bad experiences in the past. But I saw great reviews for this practice and decided I'd give it a try. Dr Bhagat is fantastic and his assistant Cindy is the perfect combination of funny and comforting. I've needed some work done (imagine that after so many years of avoiding dental care). And they've made me feel comfortable, safe, not judged, offered Nitrous (which has been a game-changer), and worked with me to arrange a payment plan so I don't have to rack up a credit card. I can't say enough good things and have referred people to this practice already!

Poor communication, poor customer service. Dropped out of my network and didn't advise me of anything until I called them to pay my bill. And when I expressed to staff that because of their change I will have to be finding a new dentist for the first time in 30 years it really wasn't a big deal for them at all. I have tried to support Dr B since he acquired this practice from Dr Beam. I expect more from a practice that I have supported and referred friends and family to. I hope changing insurance is worth losing long term clients.

Dr. Bhaghat, Dr. Leigh, and Michelle are absolutely amazing. I've had awful experiences at previous dental offices and this office is the first one where I've actually willingly gone in alone. They make you feel safe, comfortable, talk you through the process of what they're doing, and truly care about you as a patient. They are absolutely wonderful and I'm so lucky to have found then!

Dr. Beam is the worst dentist ever he sanded down a tooth completely to get a cap onto another tooth and then would not fix the tooth. Then sued me for double the price. I lost both teeth.

Dr. Baghat did a root canal on a lower tooth in my mouth today, I was expecting to be in a lot of pain, but the root canal turned out to less painful than my routine cleanings. Dr. Baghat did a very good job.

My hygienist, genny was very professional with my sensitive teeth, she made me very comfortable and she briefly explained what was causing sensitivity and how to cure them. She mentioned to dr.bhagat about my issues and he helped me by asking few questions.. it was a great experience. I wish front desk staff is little more friendlier as ms.Genny and dr.bhagat..
