Dr. Babameto received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania (UPENN), School of Dental Medicine in 2003 where he graduated with honors. He is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) national dental honor society.
He received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Certificate from Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine (one of the largest oral & maxillofacial surgery training program in the US renowned for its dental implant program) in New York, NY in 2007.
Hereturned to Pennsylvania with his family in 2010 and assumed the position of Oral Surgeon for a multispecialty group in southeastern PA region, taking care of oral surgery patients in close collaboration with their general dental practitioners and other specialists until assuming ownership of BVOMS.
Dr. Babameto is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and member of the Pennsylvania Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Had an incredible experience here! Very accommodating staff, and no issues post-surgery. I had four (and a bonus) wisdom teeth removed, and the process and recovery couldn't have gone more smoothly all things considered. I am very thankful for their help; if you have to have oral surgery, this is great place to do get it done.

He was very clear and actually explained why my daughter was feeling pain! Very nice bedside manner with her. He made us feel comfortable and eased our minds about the procedures we needed to go through

Long overdue review. I was visiting my sister in PA over the Holidays and my wisdom tooth got infected. I was in a lot of pain and I called Dr Babameto"s office. They were very nice and got me in right away. I had two of my wisdom teeth extracted with local anesthetic and laughing gas. I was a little nervous but Dr Babameto and the staff were very reassuring and kind. It was over in less than 20 min. No pain or any complications. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation pain free thanks to Dr. Babameto. Would highly recommend this office even though I do not live in PA.

Had my wisdom teeth removed, and wow what a phenomenal experience (considering). Everyone was extremely attentive and reassuring, totally invested in making me as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Hugely professional and explained everything to me including my options, definitely will recommend and return

Scheduled wisdom teeth removal and called back 10 minutes later to change date, arrived on new date and appointment was never changed. There was never a call to confirm any appointments. Rescheduled, daughter goes back dr comes out 30 minutes later can't do procedure, can't find a vein. Asked daughter were they really poking you, no only one time. Daughter had missed 2 days of school now. Wish I would have listened to my gut instincts and some of these reviews.

I just left the office after having three wisdom teeth pulled. And I have to say the staff and Dr. Blendi are absolutely AMAZING!! At first I thought the DR was rigid, but when he saw how freaked out I was (Im beyond terrified of dentist) he kept checking that I was ok and took the time to calm me down and explain everything before the procedure; he was actually SUPER nice. Before I knew it I was awake in and out and feeling very little pain. You can tell this office really works well as a team and have a lot of experience at what they do. I just cant say enough nice things about my experience!! So if you're not that keen on oral surgeons/ dentist office environments this is definitely the place you need to check out! They make it such a calm atmosphere you'll feel silly ever being nervous.

Went for 4 wisdom teeth extraction. Dr Blendi made it super easy and made it like it was no big deal. Staff were friendly and scheduling was super easy! Would definitely return if I need more work done. Detailed instructions after procedure also, great experience all the way around!

Our teenage daughter was bitten by a dog in her upper lip and gingiva while attending a party at a friend's house. We rushed to AI DuPont emergency where she got the proper treatment but the doctor wasn't sure what to do with her gingiva hanging over her front tooth. The doctor wished to talk to an oral surgeon to get an expert opinion but it was almost midnight. At that moment I thought about Dr. Babameto that had treated me a few months earlier. We called him and he instructed the emergency doctor what to do. Even though it was almost midnight, Dr. Babameto was very polite, supportive, and patient. He offered to see my daughter the next day. Dr. Babameto is not only a skillful and knowledgeable oral surgeon, but also a kind and compassionate person. If you need an oral surgeon, Dr Babameto is the one to see.
