Amazing experience. I had to get a tooth pulled and the entire staff was wonderful. Dr. Brinser made the experience so comfortable and easy. I highly recommend this office.

I regret taking my daughter to this place, customer service is horrendous. Once you check out it's like you don't matter to the front desk. I forgot to ask the front desk for a school slip once my daughter came out of surgery (because my daughter just wanted to go home, so I felt rush). I called the front desk to see if they can email me a copy ,so that I don't have to do the 30 minute drive, She did send me a copy but both sides were cut off couldn't even make out anything other than my daughter's name. I asked the front desk lady if she can send a new one and with attitude she said that's how it scans you can either come in and get a copy or I can fax it or wait until Monday because I'm the only one here and i can't mess around with the settings right now. I don't have a fax and even if I make the drive I wouldn't make it before closing and I get it, it's Friday but a little courtesy goes a long way. The only positive experience i had was with the nurse she was really helpful and answered my questions even after the surgery in regards to care.I would not recommend doing business with this establishment.

Wonderful experience with staff and whole experience after an injury to my tooth that was knocked out. Highly recommended my family and I have been going there for over 20 years.

My wife was treated like royalty. They definitely understood the anxiety of everything for patients and it was the absolute most professional and comfortable process possible!! The waiting room was very safe and spread out. Thankyou

I had all four wisdom teeth removed and it wasn't nearly as bad as what I was thinking it'd be. I was put under completely and numbed up very well.... I didn't feel any discomfort or pain til later this evening and even then it's manageable. Everyone was super nice and I'm very thankful they got me in as quickly as they did.

My experience was super positive. On 9/15, I had 9 teeth removed. Everything went as scheduled. No stitches, no bleeding, no swelling, no pain. And got a refund.

We had a 2:45 appt. and we were still patiently waiting 1 and a half hours later. This appointment had been scheduled in advance for 2 months. I made the original appt with Petersburg office but then they rerouted me here. That should have been a sign for me.

Appointment was for 1.45. It's 2.40 and still waiting with no explanation or apology

I have had nothing but a run around from their billing department. I was given a refund for a service that failed for work done at the Iron Bridge RD location. I begged them to give me the refund in full and not reverse any charge card that had paid. I have closed out accounts and have changed employers so I can't find what credit card they were referring to that received the credit. I asked them for the credit card number and all they would give me was the last four numbers to the card and then expiration date. That's all the information they had they said. I called a second time and got to the billing department instead of one of the receptionists. That person gave me a full number. But she did not know the merchant that received the refund. She gave me the phone number to their merchant services that processes their credit card payments. I held for 12 minutes and was told by their representative that they can not help me unless they have the merchant ID and their bank account number. I called back to the receptionist of the Iron Bridge office as I could not get the billing department number to answer. She called the merchant services and I was on hold while they were researching the issue. After a long wait again the receptionist came back on the phone and said that the merchant services did not have the name of who the receiving company was-just the number of the credit card. I hung upon the representative becuase this was 5 business days and many phone attempts to get this information with no one giving me straight answers or meaningful conversation. I have called every merchant that I can think of and asked if they received any funds. I did this even though none of these credit card companies had the credit card number I was given. That was about 3.5 hours at work today including my entire lunch break on hold with companies trying to figure this out. I have no proof only their word that the funds were credited somewhere. How can I verify anything if I can't find out what company was reimbursed? What if they sent it to the wrong place? A simple answer form them would solve this for me in seconds. I have received no help, no sympathy, no caring-just a bunch of tough luck, sorry kid responses. Did I mention that this was an amount of $660? To me, that is a lot of money and money that I need now. I am out that money. This was only my personal experience. Maybe yours will not be like this. I don't like not having $660 of my money in my hands for the refund.

Everytime I have ever been there for my 5 extractions, every single person I was involved with was very nice, kind and gentle with me. Yes it hurt, yes it was expensive, but it was well worth every penny to have it done right & with a wonderful surgeon. Thank you to all involved. I recommended you to my Mother-in-law, who will be there tomorrow. So treat her good, don't make a liar out of me.

I took my son to Southside oral and facial surgery to have 3 teeth removed..I have to say one of the ladies at the front desk was rude and the assistant that brought my son out after his procedure was finished, was even worse. The day I went in and met the Dr. he was great went the extra mile to answer questions but his staff needs a change.. I have work in customer service all my life and have never witnessed an office with staff quite like them. .

I just got all of my wisdom teeth removed here yesterday and the service I got here was great. I was beyond nervous about being put to sleep but the nurse told me everything she was going to do and when she was going to do it and calmed me down so much. The dental assistant also held my hand while the nurse was putting the IV in and that made me feel so much better. Dr. Robert J O'Neil did a great job and is very nice. Definitely reccomened Southside Oral and Facial Surgery to others!
