Poor customer care. They charge if your late or miss an appointment, but don't mind making you wait an hour after appointment.

I have been a patient at Chester Family Dental for almost my entire life. I absolutely love Dr. Adkinson, but since Dr. yang has taken ownership I have mixed feelings about going to the dentist. T had to go in to be seen I have left feeling like no one cared about my tooth problem if I wasn't getting the recommended root canal. It seems like money is now the biggest concern with that office and unfortunately everyone can not afford these major procedures. I resulted to getting my tooth extracted on yesterday and Dr. Yang pulled my tooth and sent me on my way. She didn't care enough to give me anything for pain or an antibiotic even after telling the assistant that an abscess was starting to form. I asked her before leaving the office shouldn't she give me something for after the numbness wear off and she said no. Ok needless to say 2 hours later I had to message her for meds because I was hurting so bad. She did phone in me a prescription for amoxil and tramadol but the pain med was helpless. Thank God my fiance had a stronger pain med left over from a previous procedure that I could use in order to get some relief for the night. I really hate that I'm having to write this, but I just feel that it was inconsiderate. I won't say I don't recommend this office because like I said in the beginning it was great but I will be finding me and my child another provider.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with outstanding Dentists. Wheelchair accessible parking but steps going in front door makes it hard for wheelchair. Noticeable from Road with easy in an easy out. Very reasonable rates with outstanding quality work done. First time I've been to a dentist that seems to always be on time.
