The Board welcomes public input and comment regarding health services. A monthly public forum will precede regularly scheduled Board meetings to allow public participation. At this time, Board Meetings are held virtually.
Funded by the Vermont Blueprint for Health initiative, the Springfield Medical Care Systems Community Health Team has programs and services to support you in preventing and managing chronic conditions (like diabetes and high blood pressure), reaching your personal health goals, and overcoming physical, financial, social and emotional barriers to living your healthiest life. The Community Health Team is a multidisciplinary team made up of skilled, locally based professionals, including Registered Dieticians (RD), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCES), Care Coordinators, and Community Health Workers.
The mission of the Human Resources Department (HR) is to support the organizations mission/vision of providing high quality care and being a place where physicians want to practice, patients want to receive care, and employees want to work by providing leadership, guidance and support to current and potential employees in a compassionate, competent, and professional manner.
The Human Resources Department provides services to all departments within Springfield Medical Care Systems and Springfield Hospital in the areas of: recruitment and selection, performance management, benefits administration, classification and compensation administration, employee relations, organizational development, contract negotiations assistance and interpretation, legal compliance, workers compensation administration, and unemployment compensation.

Dr Maddy and Reiko were so good at quelling my fear and anxiety during all aspects of my recent tooth repair and crown application. I highly recommend Chester Dental for excellent and nearly painless dentistry!

Went for a tooth extraction in the back of my mouth with nothing for the pain and after calling time after time they basically say there is nothing they can do and I just have to deal with the pain I would not recommend going here plus the dental assistant and the main dentist kept going back and forth very unprofessional

I've had a very good experience at Chester Dental Center. It seems everybody I've met there has been welcoming, friendly, and dedicated. Their work has been excellent, and they're always, gentle, too. I was even greeted by name by the receptionist as soon as I walked in the door for my last visit. That was a bonus I didn't expect!

Their "receptionist" is a joke! She was absolutely miserable, and the "hygienist" wasn't any better! So RUDE!!!! Wonder if they'd present themselves differently if their income was dependent on how many patients walked in that door. If you are unable to smile, or be helpful, maybe working with the public isn't for you!! Total lack of basic customer service skills and zero decency. Even while on the phone with other patients. Waste of our day! Completely disappointed.

I can't say enough good about this office in Chester. First to have a dentist that I am not scared to go to was a miracle. Then the personality's of all the employees there are outstanding. I enjoy going in and saying hello to the receptionist Kim, she always has a great personality with a smile to greet you before and after your appointment. I have just gotten dentures and anyone that has gone through that process it is long and many appointments. Each time Dr. Marty and Reiko were very understanding and always make sure I am comfortable with any procedure we were working on. I had help through the financial departments from Springfield hospital to make this possible for me to get all the work done on my teeth to be able to get my dentures. I want to take this moment to thank Chester Family dental for everything they have done to help me through this process and Springfield Hospital Financial Department for helping me with the cost of this process. I couldn't of done this without all the help, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I am so glad my children and grandchildren also come here also.

I was traveling in Vermont for a conference when I unexpectedly lost the veneer of my front tooth. I phoned Chester Dental and they were able to emergently fit me in the next day to repair my front tooth before I had to attend my conference. I was very embarrassed and nervous about my appearance as I was going to be talking to a lot of people. They worked with me for some time and were able to recreate a front tooth for me that looked great and made me feel confident before I was able to return home to my normal dentist. Thanks to all the staff who got me in and fixed me up!

This is a very good dental facility. They are very detail oriented and good at what they do. They are gentle but also know how to go to war with plaque and bacteria.The whole staff is very conscientious about your comfort and health...These people really like teeth!....
