My daughter had her first dentist appointment today and I cannot stop thinking about how well it went. She is 2 years old and I definitely thought she would cry, however the entire visit she did great. Check in was fast and they even took us back early. Our receptionist, hygienist, and dentist were all super pleasant. The dentist was excellent with my daughter and even made her feel comfortable enough that she was able to brush her teeth with no crying or fussing. We love this pediatric dentist!

This place is the best dentist for children. I have 0 complaints about this place. The wait time is quick, the rooms are so clean and nice. The staff are amazing and so amazing with children.

I had forgotten our masks when we had arrived for my sons appt. I called and explained and the woman (I think her name is Shannon ) was incredibly friendly and said they had extra. Great phone manner-clear speaking voice & kind. Check in with her was a breeze. We waited about 10 mins & then called back to the room. The Assistant, Gina was AMAZING with my son who was scared of the X-ray machine. She then had him go ahead & get in the chair for his cleaning. She was sweet, funny and calmed him down. I watched in amazement as his tears dried and he started to smile and talk to her. She was great showing each tool she would be using and letting him touch and ask questions. After his cleaning she took him back to try for the x rays again and she explained everything and showed him and encouraged him. He got through it & no tears! She said he was a rock star-I think they BOTH are! Absolutely nothing negative to say about this office or the kind staff we encountered. My son is even looking forward to his next appointment.

I've been taking my three daughters here for many years. That's the only reason for the 3 stars. Never again after yesterday. Nice and comfortable environment for children however, not for parents receiving excellent customer service. Front desk was rude when I arrived. I made the appointment two weeks ago for my daughters tooth pain. When we arrived, front desk couldn't find her name and said we have to reschedule because they couldn't get a hold of us by phone to confirm the appointment. What? Really? I took off of work, we arrived on time, and you're telling me to reschedule. I've never experienced this type of procedure with medical facilities. Normally, people are penalized with a fee if they don't show up to an appointment or don't cancel it within 24 or 48 hours. I would understand this type of nonsense if this was a surgical procedure. But, this was just a regular appointment to take a look at what was bothering my daughters tooth pain.I also never received a phone call from the office. I did receive an email that confirmed my appointment. So make sure you call the Hanover office "EVERYDAY" to let them know you're coming because you might take off of work for nothing and your child will not be seen when you expect it.

My daughter has severe anxiety and this dentist office has always bern caring, accommodating and just generally makes the experience a whole lot better for her.

Everyone was so so nice to me! I'm 8 and I love this place!!!! She told me (almost) what everything did, for example, a tooth pillow, oxygen mask, mermaid tail and much more! That's why I gave it 5 stars. From Adrianna.

My nonverbal son, was treated amazingly. They worked with him so well, answered all of my questions, and educated me. Very clean and big. I love how the rooms are private as well! Keep it up you guys are doing great!

Office staff and the doctor here are always very friendly and welcoming! They're great with kids, the dental assistant was super nice and patient with my cranky daughter. Definitely recommend!!

This place was absolutely wonderful. The staff is very kind and friendly and took their time to explain things. It's out of my way but I'll definitely be returning with my children.

They are so great with my son! They always make sure he's comfortable and every experience we have had is great. He actually gets excited about going to the dentist! They also take your time into consideration and are usually pretty fast, we've never had to wait long.

Today was my sons very first dentist appointment and this office was wonderful! The nurses were patient with him and interacted with him...and the doctor was absolutely amazing she also was patient with him and let him help her with the things she was doing .. all around an amazing time

I took my daughter here for her 1st dentist appointment and the staff were amazing and friendly. My daughter warmed up to them immediately and we had a great first visit
