Friendly and informative staff. The doctor was very kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about my son and wanted to help him instead of just trying to give him another fluoride treatment and a free toothbrush.

This was our first visit by way of referral for treatment my son needed. From the minute we walked in the door until we left, everyone was so welcoming, smiling & helpful. 5 star customer service and my son was very pleased. They were patient during his x-rays & made him very comfortable. The doctor explained the procedures that my son needed carefully & throughly. I would recommend this office for sure! Definitely would like to have my son a regular patient at this site.

I took my 2.5 year old for his first dental visit and the staff and dentist were great & super friendly. I would recommend to friends & family!

The staff is so friendly and so sweet! Especially the dental assistants they are so playful with the kids and full of smiles and fun little games for the kids to be nice and at ease. I was referred her by our regular dentist office but after one visit i had to switch my daughter permanently. Seriously 100% recommend this office!

I would NEVER recommend this dentist. It is absolutely unacceptable for employees (including the assistants and dentists) to be wearing ONLY surgical masks, which they openly lower when not with patients. N95s and face shields should be standard to keep our kids and families safe. Also, no effort to enforce mask policy for waiting room patients and delivery persons. Not a safe environment. Ridiculous and completely irresponsible.

It was first time check for my 2 year old. I love it how the dental assistant and dentist helped with my toddler. I was expecting toddler's drama and tantrums. Instead i found it super smooth process with my toddler. I'm glad I chose to come here for my toddler's dental checkup.

Going to my granddaughter's appointment at Chesapeake pediatric dentist was a very great experience everyone that was there and I encountered was very respectful delightful and most of all welcoming to the point I felt like I knew everyone for quite some time this is a great dentist office and what makes it the best and the greatest is the employees keep up the good work everyone at the Abingdon office

Mia is 9 nonverbal with autism, she did great for her first appointment!!! Not even a foot stomp out of her lol. The staff was amazing and patient, talked Mia through appointment. She was so happy and smiling whole time. Thank you!!! Highly recommend

Amazing staff, very clean! Did a amazing job with My 18 month old daughter for her first visit. They are so compassionate and kind. This will be my daughters dentist office for the long haul!

This was our first visit today. I took my 8 yr old and my 3 yr old and my twins have appointments in 2 weeks Everyone was extremely nice and patient with both of my children today, even the receptionist when we arrived. The paperwork had to be filled out on paper as soon as we arrived and there was a 15 minute wait, but the people were informative and extremely nice.

Excellent customer service! We went in for my 2 year old daughter's first dental visit. We were greeted very warmly. The dentist and her assistant were so fast and efficient. The staff did a great job explaining everything. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends!

Previously my daughter has had some anxiety at doctors offices. Everyone here has been very welcoming and has made her excited to go to the dentist. Absolutely love this place .

All three of our children go to Chesapeake Pediatric Dental Group's Abingdon office. At our youngest son's appointment today, everyone was lovely from the first greeting to the last goodbye. All of our children receive excellent care from both the hygienists and the dentists. When we tell our son that he is going to the dentist, he jumps for joy. That's a wonderful feeling and major relief for us as parents.

I take both of my kids to Chesapeake Pediatric Dental in Abingdon and their office is fantastic. We used to go to White Marsh a d they were great too! Great front office, assistants and dentists. The rooms are inviting and the pictures on the way are great for playing I Spy while waiting the short amounts of time that come with doctor visits. And I will say, we barely ever have to wait for anyone, they have always been on time! We will go here as long as my kids can!
