If you are getting a filling, an extraction, or cleanings (if you like your appointments being cancelled all the time) then this might be your place. Anything else, heed my warning, STAY AWAY! I had a perfectly viable tooth with a small cosmetic chip from 30+ years ago that I would have bonded off and on. So I was use to being delicate with what I ate. THEY recommended a root canal and crown, and told me the tooth would last "forever" except for the crown. I was ok with that. Less than 4 years later entire tooth broke off! My dentist over shaved my teeth to the point the dental assistant had to intervene and another dentist said they should have reinforced my front tooth with a post. Thousands of dollars down the drain!!! And accept no responsibility! Incompetent!

Made an appt in APRIL, earliest appt was end of JUNE. 10 days before the appt they call me to tell me they need to reschedule ANOTHER 3months from June because the dentist they signed me up with no longer works for them. This is after giving them a 2nd chance after my last horrid experience there where the "dentist/student" kept calling me by the wrong name, "fixed" the wrong tooth & messed it up to the point I had to stop her and demand a supervisor. Never Again. Thank you, but I talked with Ms. Brittingham and her customer service & attitude were worse than the service I received at the office & on the phone with the office. I'm not surprised by your rating nor your turnover rate of employment. Poor management=poor service=poor retention.

As much as I loved my dentist and hygienist I just can't find myself visiting this establishment any longer. The lady at check out was quite rude to my mother while she was sick. Little did we know my mother didn't have much longer in life. My mother was so upset with how she was treated. It bothered her for days. A few weeks later she passed and I just have so much rage in my heart to even think about stepping foot in there and facing that woman. I've had to cancel all my appointments. I'd rather let my teeth rot. Wouldn't kill a person to be kind and patient with someone, especially to a person who has to battle a life threatening illness. If you can't simply do that than you're just not meant to work with people.

I have been meaning to write a review for awhile. I was in pain on my back tooth. I walked in for an emergency. I was seen within 10 minutes and the staff was kind, professional and got me a referral. Nia was my hygienist (cudoos to her) and Dr. Kim was my dentist. Really kind both of them. I appreciate I was able to find a place I could afford and the place was very clean.

Everyone was absolutely amazing. The front desk was so kind even though I was having issues with insurance and figuring that out. The dentist was AMAZING with my 4 year old even though he was being difficult. Everything was explained to me and everyone was so helpful I can not recommend them enough after the experience I just had.

Been waiting almost 9 months to get dentures!!! Then they want to call the day they have a opening, they won't make appts. I can't always jump when they call. If I had known this before I would of went elsewhere.

Worst dental office. The staff are not helpful at all, And if you request your X-rays transferred to another dentist they require you to either go in person to sign the form (doesn't matter if you moved or how far away you live) or have a fax machine at home. Maybe someone should introduce the concept of "emails" to them. Very old fashioned. The lady on the phone was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Avoid this office if you can because they make it so hard to transfer from them.

This place decided to say I was 15mins late when I was not there lines made it 15mins late when they can't even get people signed in and sat so now they have allowed people that have came in after me go first before me!!!! Terrible place will be looking for another place to go for my son. And they should be shut down cause the lines they had were not enough to social distance

Excellent. First impression was above excellent. My dental cleaning was the best. My Dental hygienist Donna was truly a professional in cleaning and X-rays. She assured that all around was sanitized and safe. She had a positive attitude and great knowledge of her job. The establishment is very clean and they exercise universal precautions on everything. No wait time. My appointment was at 9:30am and they called me back at 9:30 am. Wow finally a Dentist office that I am pleased to visit. Thanks Chesapeake Dental for great customer service.

Horrible they say sliding scale but all they do is split the exam into two visits making it cost as much as others while having dental students doing the work not to mention at least a 5 min hold anytime you call

When I went to this clinic, basically the dentist and her assistant were making me feel bad about my problem. They said that there was no issue seen. She did not give me any antibiotics or anything. When i try to explain her. They both told me that I should see a regular doctor who checks me up clearly and something inside of my body is wrong. They both seemed very unprofessional, were laughing when I started to cry and made me feel bad. The assistant was an African american lady with short hair who was skinny and good height. The doctor was Myra Jehan. I felt so bad. I saw the doctor laughing at me trying to hide her laugh. Very unprofessional or very new and inexperienced. You don't make your patients feel hopeless. It could be nothing but just laughing at them is not nice. The assistant said how can you tell a doctor when she is telling you that there is nothing wrong.

Everybody was very friendly from the day I called to the moment I left. Dr Harrison is the absolute best dentist I've ever had. I came in thinking i'll have to spent $$$ to get my teeth fixed, but turns out it was just me being overly paranoid. She could have taken advantage of it, but didn't! hard to find these days. She has an uplifting spirit and explains everything very well and so do the assistants. They have definitely restored my trust in professionals! Thank you

Horrible went with tooth pain was given a quick exam then told to come back for a more comprehensive exam they charge as much as other dentist just make you com twice instead of one big payment not to mention if the one dentist calls out you have to reschedule but if you cancel 3 times they will not even treat you for a year
