They have treated my 91 year old Pop with such kindness and dignity. He loves going to the dentist...well, let's just say he doesn't mind going to the dentist like he used to before we made the switch to Dr. Ara at Chesapeake Dentistry!

Patients are treated as cattle here, in and out as fast as possible with no real care for the individual. Customer service is lacking a attempting to reschedule an appointment is seen as an offense. Look elsewhere.

Dentist Mr Merai was fantastic and his assistant Jordan was so friendly and very reassuring! Everyone was so friendly from the Dental hygienist to the office assistants .

So grateful to have switched to this dentist! Nothing but a great experience. Every member of the staff is friendly & helpful and cleanings don't hurt!

Very very very rude. I call to book an appointment, this receptionist assumes that I either depend on the state for medical aid or cannot pay for my insurance, most likely based on my accent. How pathetic. Just because someone does not have your accent, you make such stupid assumptions. Everyone, stay away, you want to be treated with dignity where you go. This is one of my worst experiences in life. VERY VERY PATHETIC.
