Krisie graduated Hickory High School in Chesapeake, Va in 2010. She received her certificate in dental assisting from Dental Career Foundations. She has been in the dental field for over 8 years and joined our team in February 2016.

Her extensive background working with treatment planning and all financial aspects have been a great benefit to our practice. Aside from dentistry, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Krisie resides in Chesapeake with her son, Easton.

Cornell joined our team in 2016. His background and training in the lab has allowed him to help support the doctors by digitally mounting all of our patients cases to help aid in complete treatment planning. He supports the rest of the team by overseeing sterilization.

Presley graduated from Old Dominion University where she obtained a Bachelor in Science in Dental Hygiene. Presley has gained experience in working with a diverse population of patients through her active involvement in our community.

Presley has volunteered at many health care out-reach programs where she has provided dental hygiene services and oral health education to individuals throughout our community. Through these experiences she has embodied compassion and excellent communication skills. Since graduation, Presley has gone through certain training and maintained knowledge in some of the most advanced technology in the dental field.

She has taken an extensive course and is certified in dental lasers which allow her to provide the best patient care possible regarding specific treatments. She is devoted and enthusiastic about oral health and the preventative services she is able to contribute to our patients at our office.

Amario graduated from Old Dominion University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Amario chose to be a dental hygienist to help others. He is compassionate and able to out his patients at ease to give positive dental experiences.

Kristen is a Virginia Beach native that began her dental assisting career in 2006. She began in a general dentistry practice and then furthered her career by moving to a specialty practice of endodontics. In 2011, she joined our practice as a chair side assistant. Since being with our practice she has attended many courses/seminars to further her dental knowledge. She loves all aspects of dentistry but has a special love and appreciation for dental photography. Her passion is helping/teaching other dental assistants further their knowledge and careers anyway she can. Her love of travel and teaching brought her to become a member of the Academy of Chairside Assisting in 2015. Working full time chair side and teaching part time is a very important part of her dental life.

Kristen lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, two boys, and labradoodle Dixon. Aside from dentistry she enjoys spending time with family and friends. You can always find her on her days off at the beach!

During her 20 years of experience as a dental assistant she believes dental offices should not be a place of fear and strives to be as helpful as possible. She loves helping helping patients, providing great service, and seeing amazing results and smiles on peoples faces as they leave the office. When she isnt at work she enjoys spending time with her family.

Charity graduated from ECPI with an associates of Applied Science in Dental Assisting in 2011. She began her dental career in an endodontic practice. She joined our team in 2020 as a chair side assistant. She enjoys building relationships with patients in the general dentist setting.

Haylee started with our practice almost a year ago & is continuing to grow with our practice.Her mission is to interact with patients and ensure their dental needs are met and they feel their best when they smile.

Sarah graduated from Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach, Va. In 1998, she received her certificate in Dental Assisting from Old Dominion University. Sarah assisted chair side for many years, but found true fulfillment working in the administrative aspect of the dental field. She became part of our team in 2008. Her clinical background enhances her ability to care for our patients scheduling and information needs. She lives in Chesapeake with her husband and daughters.

Dr. John Cranham is husband, father, dentist, dental educator and best selling author. At his state-of-the-art office, within a general practice setting, he focuses on Cosmetic-Esthetic dentistry, Implant dentistry, Solving TMJ/Facial Pain problems and solving complex problems. His primary focus is to use his knowledge to create healthy, long lasting, comfortable, and natural-looking smiles.

He is an honors graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in 1988. He served the school as a part time clinical instructor from 1991-1998 earning the student given part time faculty of the year twice during his stint at the university. Early in his career he became a dedicated member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Dental Association, The American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, and the American Equilibration Society.

After 10 years of study, Dr. Cranham began to dedicate time to writing clinical articles and teaching continuing education classes on Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, TMJ and fixing bite problems to practicing dentists.

He has provided numerous Keynote presentations to many of the major dental meetings both domestically and internationally. Today his primary focus is on accelerating the global dental communities transition to efficient digital workflows, that will lead to better patient outcomes.

Dr. Cranham has published over 30 articles on restorative dentistry and in 2018 released a book The Complete Dentist Manual he co-authored with his mentor, Dr. Pete Dawson. Additionally, He serves as a key opinion leader and on advisory boards with numerous dental companies.

In 2020 he published a book entitled The Cornell Effect-A Families Journey Toward Happiness, Fulfillment and Peace. It is an up from the ashes story about his special needs adopted son, who overcame incredible odds, and ultimately inspired the entire family to be better. In November of 2021 it climbed to #5 on the Amazon best seller list. Of all the things he has done, he believes getting this story down on paper is having the greatest impact.

Dr. Kaitlyn Cranham spent most of her life fascinated by dentistry as she watched her father, Dr.John Cranham, treatment plan and create slides for his continuing education courses. Then in high school while working at the office she got to see the impact her father had on peoples lives daily. At an early age she decided dentistry would be the career path she also chose.

Dr. Kaitlyn now works alongside her dad and her brother in their dental office. She believes that being a dentist means that you are a lifetime student because there is always more to learn. Kaitlyn is actively pursuing continuing education in the areas of dentistry she has the greatest passion: Invisalign/orthodontics cosmetics, airway, and occlusion.

Dr. Kaitlyns mission in dentistry is to make each and every patient feel as comfortable as possible at every visit to Chesapeake Center for Complete Dentistry. Having real and lasting relationships with patients is what she believes to be one of the best parts of dentistry.

Dr. Kaitlyn currently lives in Virginia Beach with her dog, Lane (named after none other than Lane Stadium in Blacksburg, Virginia). In her free time she enjoys being with friends and family, attending Hokie football games, and spending days at the beach or on the lake.
