Dr. Lobo is a general dentist. He grew up in northern Virginia, attended Bishop OConnell High School, and received his bachelors degree in biology from George Mason University. He then went on to Virginia Commonwealth University where he received his post-baccalaureate in biochemistry as well as his dental degree.He is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and the Northern Virginia Dental Society.
Ingrid is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She received a Bachelors Degree at James Madison University in Health Sciences. Ingrid later received her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene at Northern Virginia Community College, with Cum Laude Honors.
Allison M. attended high school locally and graduated from James Madison University in 2015 where she received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Exercise Science. She has an extensive background in customer service and is always focused on delivering an optimal patient experience. Outside the office, she enjoys exercising and spending time outdoors with her daughter and rescue dog.
Nastasja received her degree in Biology from Case Western Reserve University and moved to the DC area shortly after graduating. She was born andraised in Rockville, Maryland, and lived in Cleveland, Ohio for her college years. Nastasja often spends her free time with family, going outdoors, working out, and cooking.

Great experience with emergency appointment and follow up with Dr Lobo and Brittany. Dr Lobo squeezed me in between scheduled clients and did a root canal as a prelude to a replacement crown. They are an excellent team - professional, meticulous, and sensitive to the patient. Thank you both!!! I followed Dr Freedman to your practice, but you so kindly fit me in when I showed up at your office with my broken crown in a baggie without an appointment at 8am. Will continue going to Cherrydale. Welcoming staff and dr and who take the time to get it right while minimizing discomfort.

I've been a patient there for probably 10 years, even when it was the previous owner. The transition to new owners a few years ago went very smoothly and the place is clean and they are professional. I don't live close anymore so I switched to a new dentist a year ago which was closer to home and it was a mistake. I decided to come back to this dentist. It was worth the drive because it's good to have a reliable and straight-shooting dentist and staff.

I've been coming here for 11 years. This place used to be owned by Dr. Copeland who retired a few years back and sold his business. Dr. Copeland was a great guy but very talkative and would parrot the talking points of last nights episode of Bill O Reilly or Hannity to distract you from the pain of your cleaning or filling with right wing propaganda and logical fallacies. The new dentists have since renovated the place, making it much nicer. They don't talk politics but instead pitch things like Invisalign and mouth guards so I am totally out of the loop on the latest GOP talking points.

I have a fairly irrational fear of going to the dentist. Trenna, the hygenist, is totally on point and has removed the dread from the experience. Your comfort is her business. It has been a game changer for me. I highly recommend Cherrydale Dental.

Loved this place! Very clean facility with amazingly friendly staff. The girls at the counter were very welcoming. Trena did my cleaning for me and she was just fantastic! And funny too! I was very nervous and she made me feel right at home. Look no further this is your new go to spot for all dental needs.

I was a patient for a while of this clinic but I'm changing it for sure . They have a new hygienist, she is too rough , I took a second shower with the instrument that they use to rinse your teeth. She was sooo rough, it was one of the worst experiences that I ever had in my entire cleaning time of my teeth ! Definitely it's time to look for better options . My business they lost it !

Cherrydale Family Dental is wonderful. I went in today for a cleaning and had an amazing experience. I was greeted by the office manager, Allison, who was extremely polite and helpful. Trenna was my hygienist and she was awesome. She was extremely professional and thorough. She continually insured that I was comfortable and safe. She helped me identify an issue with work done years ago at a different dentist, and helped establish a game plan for what I needed going forward. Allison helped me set up all my future appointments and was very accommodating to my schedule. Overall it was one of my best experiences in any dental office I've ever been too, nonetheless any office setting. I look forward to my next appointment!

My wife and I have been looking for a good dentist for a while. We decided to try Cherrydale Family Dentistry and we are so happy we did. The staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor and hygienists are thorough and gentle. I've had a cavity for a year (during COVID) and finally decided to get it filled. Ive never had one before and I'm so pleased with how easy and painless it was. Great work all around. We highly recommend.

Have been a patient of Dr Robert Copeland's for over 20 years. He retired and sold his practice to Cherrydale Family Dental. I couldn't be happier! Great renovation to the home that houses the practice and very friendly staff.

Very nice atmosphere. I decided to try them out since they were close to my house and was pleasantly surprised. Very professional, took all the COVID protocols seriously and when my wife asked if the dentist was old or young I couldn't even tell he because they were so heavily masked. I would recommend going to Cherrydale anytime, I've been twice, so its not a fluke.
