Everyone at Cherrydale Dental Associates is always so nice and also professional. Their attention to detail is so appreciated by me. Everyone is sweet and personable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a Dentist!! (Katie Romano)

I've been coming here 10 yrs. The one time I needed an appointment for pain and I never got a call back or an email (I called 4 times, left 2 messages, and I emailed). I called today and the person on the phone stated " We're short staff and everyone everywhere is short staffed because no one wants to work." Then she claimed that they called me already and my voicemail wasn't set up. Once I denied that it couldn't have been me because my voicemail is set up; she continued to argue that they did call me instead of verifying my phone number. She continued to be combative in everything she said. She was rude, needless to say, the manager wasn't much better. Kelly the manager, justified and agreed that it was okay she spoke to me that way because she evidently was listening to her speak, as she told me. No apology or anything. She just tried to continue scheduling my emergency appointment two weeks out( I been calling since 8/23 about my broken tooth). I'm not coming back. It's sad to say because I liked coming here. Not once did I yell, be rude, or speak profanity. I'm very soft spoken and calm. I really just wanted to know why I never received a call for an appointment and what was the purpose of the lady being so rude. I guess this review really doesn't matter because they're short staffed so... they will keep doing what they do and the managers will continue to let it slide.

I met Laura Currie, the dentist and had a great experience at Cherrydale Dental in Greenville, SC! The dental assistant was very informative and helpful. The dentist explained everything in detail and made my first experience as a customer there wonderful and comfortable!

Personally I have no been there. My husband has, he was left with a known infection and no antibiotics were given without calling back. This could cause death. Stay away They can't even pull a tooth. Part of the tooth is still in his mouth. You can die from this and they know it. If you can't do an extraction, say so

I got appoint for extraction. I was greeted and no waiting in lobby. I didn't feel any discomfort, work was done great no pain even next day I dint take any pain medicine. Thanks for job well done .

In response to Jackie Wilson' review: Many people think that because they are in pain that they have infection, which is not always the case. If infection is suspected, an antibiotic is given. But you never want to over-prescribe antibiotics because of immunity. When a pateint is given the doctor's personal cell phone number after their treatment, I believe that clearly shows the care and concern this dental office has.

Best dental office in the Greenville area! Lily is a great hygienist. Lily is very detail oriented and gentle. Paige Elliott DMD is so nice and truly cares about her patients. Both of them make a great team and I always walk away from my appointments happier than when I walked in!

So many things to compliment! The entire office is SO nice! Front desk is friendly even though you know they're busy with so many schedules. Speaking of, my appt wasn't until September, but the ladies up front had me down to be called if I could get in earlier! I'm so thankful. The sweet girl doing my X-rays could tell when they became uncomfortable and let me have time between each one. My hygienist was wonderful the entire time and didn't make me talk with tools in my mouth. The doctor was so efficient and helpful and they gave me a referral for the orthodontist next door! I could go on and on about this office, but it's simply the best!

I happily recommend using this Dentist and staff. Always an excellent experience. They demonstrate integrity and keep you informed on any potential problems without pressuring you to have things done before actually required.
