Dr. Cowan removed both of my boys' wisdom teeth. One of my son's extractions were very tricky, and the procedure went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Cowan and his staff were very professional and caring. Both of my sons had great results! I highly recommend Dr. Cowan!

I highly recommend Dr. Jay Cowan and Cherry Tree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Cowan and his staff are amazing! He took out all three of my children's wisdom teeth, with excellent results. When our son was hit in the mouth with a baseball bat, he got us in immediately and took expert care of him, saving his teeth. I completely trust Dr. Cowan for my family's oral surgery needs.

Dr. Cowan is awesome. He extracted all 4 wisdom teeth from both of my boys. They had very quick recoveries with no issues at all. He was very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jay was amazing. He agreed to disagree with the results that landed my daughter and I in his office that particular day. He gave us a much better option then just pulling her teeth that didn't even need to be pulled. I really appreciate Dr. Cowan and the courtesy that he and his staff provided us with. Highly recommended.

My daughter had a tooth exposed and bonded here as we were referred by her ortho. The appointment started 40 minutes late. I was not allowed to be present during the procedure. After the procedure, I was taken to the back to meet my daughter and and receive after care instructions. My daughter was in tears. She had Dried blood caked to her mouth that was not cleaned up. Dr. Cowan came in to talk about the procedure and aftercare. He announced "no school today" And turned around to walk out. I asked about sports. He said no sports. And again attempted to leave. My daughter said she was in pain. He said "she is not in pain she is numb" and made his exit. I went to check out and retrieve forms for school that were not completed by the doctor. We waited for them. They are incomplete. They do not have a dosage listed. Upon leaving, my daughter told me during the procedure she was crying and informed Dr. Cowan and his staff she was in pain. He told her "you aren't in pain stop crying". I am INCREDIBLY disappointed in the care received at Dr. Cowin's office. I can only assume they do not allow a guardian back with a minor patient so no one is there to advocate for the child while the procedure is taking place. Maybe Dr. Cowan is a good fit for an adult that can advocate for themselves while under his care, but I would not recommend him to anyone with a minor child. He does not listen or respond to their concerns during treatment. Which, in my opinion is the ultimate form of patient mistreatment. I entrusted Dr. Cowan and his staff to care for my child. Up until this point, she has had no anxiety for any other procedures and generally tolerates pain well. I am devastated she had to experience this type of treatment at such a tender age, and can only hope this will not result in increased dental anxiety that so many struggle with.

Dr Cowan and the entire staff are so awesome they are the best at making you feel comfortable and they actually care and listen. All my life I've experienced panic attacks at every dentist visits and this is the first time I've not. They are truly THE BEST
