The most unprofessional experience i have ever had. I asked two questions about a root canal procedure. I was told i am asking too many questions and i am making them feel uncomfortable.

You will never able to get a hold of them!!!! Calll more than 20x just to get an appointment for routine clean up. No one ever pick up. Just waiting music or hung up on you!

Have an abscess that popped it's now 6 days I been swallowing this the woman at the front desk was supposed to send medicine over to pharmacy been hanging up on me not returning my calls I'm very disappointed

Dr. Malika was incredibly rude, dismissive, and condescending. Did not look at my teeth for more than 5 seconds and did not give me a cleaning. Lost my appointment I formation the first time so I had to reschedule my first appointment after I showed up.

HORRIBLE!!! No one answers the phone. This has been ongoing WAY before Covid...don't blame it on that. Someone needs to report this to their corporate office.

Called for an appointment 6 months in advance. When I called to check in, they told me they had to reschedule my appointment and they were booked out for the rest of the year and I'd have to reschedule for next year.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for days and after holding it hangs up. Ive tried hitting more then one option to see if I get a different outcome (option 3 for any other calls) was on hold for 30 minutes with no one even checking in!!! Gave up. This is not acceptable. Calling my insurance to change ASAP!

WARNING: AVOID THIS OFFICE LIKE THE PLAGUE I was given an appointment for 8:00 AM with Nana. I arrive at 8:00 AM to find that the office is closed. I wait outside for 20 minutes until the office opens. I sit for another 25 minutes inside waiting for my name to be called. My name was never called. I go to the front desk asking why. Turns out Nana is not here today and I have to wait until 9:00 AM for someone else to see me. It is currently 9:16 AM as I am writing this review and my name still has not been called. Malpractice of this nature is not an anomaly at Cherry Hill Family Dental. If you are keen on wasting your time, this is the perfect office for you!

The service is honestly bad. The only reason I can find while we all wait so long is because people come in late. If you come in late you shouldn't be given the luxury to even get attended to it's not fair to the person after you who is waiting for an hour cause you couldn't get here early enough. It's called prioritizing good customers. I work in Customer services and I know way more than this.. When I go visit my regular doctor that's how it works. I've never seen this type of service HORRIBLE

I had my appointment at 3:30 pm . Waited till 6:00 pm still we were not called in . Very bad service. No time management. Kept asking how long it's gonna take but no answer. Few people canceled appointment just because of long long wait . I won't recommend anyone for this dental .

DON'T GO HERE. Original Review July 2022: Made an appointment for my toddler. For some reason they scheduled it for a day of the week that the pediatric specialist wasn't in the office. Finally got seen a month later. Six months later we go back for a regular appointment, scheduled for 3pm. When we get there they "can't find her chart." At 4:15pm we're still in the waiting room and the front desk says it'll be another 20 minutes. We left and scheduled with Omega Dental on Maple Ave in Pennsauken, they take NJ FamilyCare and don't mistreat patients. UPDATE August 22: My wife didn't have scheduling issues with Cherry Hill Family Dental last spring, but after seeing a new dentist (at Omega Dental), her X-rays showed that the crown she got at Cherry Hill Family Dental is already failing. Unsurprisingly, Cherry Hill Family Dental is not answering the phone. DONT GO HERE

Rude employees/ staff. No matters, clearly just in it for money and knows nothing about what they're doing. The dentist work is horrible as well , it felt like a glob of cement was just stuck on my tooth until I went somewhere else. Avoid at all cost!

This place is Horrible! They canceled my appointment 3 time, and when I finally thought they were going to see me,the young girl at the front desk told me i was not registered on the system. I showed her my confirmation text and she told me to reschedule. I told her "no thank you i will find another dentist" i lost 3 hours of work because they are so irresponsible. Bad service!

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE Never in my decades of living in the area, have I found such an incompetent practice. We were referred here by Brighter Dental because they do not have pediatric dentist to do fillings. My son has missed two days of school and we have missed two days of work and still no work has been done. They lie about leaving messages for cancellations and fail to let customers know if there is anything they need prior to appointment. I have asked for office manager to provide return courtesy all and that hasn't happened either. At this point I will be filing a complaint. ONCE AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM HERE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY.
